Our policy is to inspect the HVAC system for cleanliness and often times, especially in new builds we see that drywall dust and other construction debris make their way into the HVAC system especially when homes require the use of heating or cooling during the build of your home. Our before/after pictures are mandatory, regardless of how complex the HVAC system may be - it's the only way to show and confirm that the system has been restored to the desired level of cleanliness set forth by NADCA.
