    Duct Cleaning

    The service was great! The two technicians (Andrew & Shane) arrived on the dot and were very pleasant. They explained all of the things they were doing and asked me if I had any questions. They went to work right away and got the job done efficiently. They showed me the hepa filter and the particles, and how they were greatly reduced after the cleaning, which was great to see. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave anything out of place. I also got to see all of the pictures they took and was left with confidence that the cleaning was done thoroughly. I've already recommended your services to a friend of mine! Thanks!

    Duct Cleaning

    Everything went very well with the duct cleaning on December 3rd. Andrew and Scott were very efficient and helped me to really understand the process. Andrew showed me pictures of the ducts before and after the clean. It was incredible how dirty the ducts were and then how clean everything was afterwards. I was happy that Andrew was able to clean the dryer vent(s) as well; we had been experiencing some problems with the dryer. Now it seems to working very efficiently; thank you. Andrew informed me about the hepa filter system which I will discuss with my husband. He did leave us some information to look over. All in all, we were very happy with the work done.

    Duct Cleaning

    Thank you providing such great quality service. Just the idea of using your company with the new technology apart from the old traditional technology (with the big trucks leaving your door open) was satisfactory and impressive in itself. The two gentlemen were very nice and informative. They both were very polite and respectful of the space they entered (ex. Waiting for me to get off the phone before entering the room, which they didn't have to do but it was very polite). I appreciated the explanations throughout the way, the pictures before, during and after. The presentation at the Home Show was exactly what we got in our home. I have passed on your company's information to my friends that have moved in the same neighborhood as well as my family and friends in Markham an Scarborough. We definitely will be contacting you again every 5 years.

    Duct Cleaning & Hepa Filter Installation

    We had been having some difficulty with dust in the house over the past few years and decided to have the air ducts cleaned in the hope of accomplishing two things. Firstly a reduction in the dust, and the obvious cleaner ducts. We decided to use the services of Dave's Ducts and are extremely glad we did. They wasted no time in arriving, which was the next day and explained exactly what they were going to do and more importantly why they were going to perform each task. The gentlemen that cleaned the ducts handled themselves in a very professional and courteous manner. I also took the opportunity to explain my problem related to dust in the house at which time they able to assist me by explaining that possibly a Hepa Filter may be a solution. They explain the functions and also supplied me information on where to research the filter. I manage to easily find the required information and decided to have one put in, again I called Dave's Duct and they were there the next day after hours I might add and installed the filter in the usual friendly and professional manner I had become accustom to from employee's working at Dave's Ducts. I would recommend this service to any of my friends and clients without hesitation. It is difficult to find this kind of prompt and efficient service especially at this time of year which was the Christmas Season. Without a doubt I would rate Dave's Ducts a 10 out of 10.
