    Windows replacement

    Eddy came to assess the project and explained the process very well. Deadline was met as promised. The installers were very careful making sure not to dirt or damage any part of the house when making their way in and out, very polite people and highly recommended. We are very satisfied with everything.

    Window replacement

    Excellent service. Did a great job with the windows. No fuss. very professional company. Installation was very clean resulting in a nice finished product.

    Replacement of windows and sliding door

    Second time I've used them and I refer them to anyone I know that needs new windows/doors etc. Accommodating around my schedule, installers were friendly and knowledgeable. Eddy is a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend.

    Installation of new windows

    New Look did an amazing job. I am satisfied with the products and installation process. Everything went smoothly and the price is reasonable. Area was thoroughly cleaned after the installation. Alex, the sales manager, is very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for new windows.

    Window Replacement

    WE LOVE EDDY!! We desperately needed to replace the original windows on our two-storey 40-year-old house before the winter season. We talked to five different companies, but decided on New Look Windows & Doors because of Eddy, the company sales rep. Eddy patiently took us through all the options, with his expert knowledge and experience. We arrived at a very competitive price with a quality product. Because we trusted Eddy completely, we decided to replace every single window in the house, including the patio doors and the basement windows. We were impressed with Eddy throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to all of our questions, and came out to the house before, during and after installation to ensure we were satisfied. Oleg, the lead installer, and his crew were fabulous -- very professional and efficient. We thought the installation would take three days, but Oleg brought in a large crew and they completed the entire job in only one day. We are absolutely delighted with the results. The windows look fabulous and it is very toasty in our house. I highly recommend Eddy, Oleg and the New Look Windows & Doors company, and plan to use them again in the future. Many thanks to all!

    Windows and Doors replacement

    Alex and his team are prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They all made me comfortable with my selection in their company and ability. I am super pleased and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    simple and easy to deal with

    We needed a new front door. The guys from new Look made a very simple, easy and painless process. They were up front about everything, didn't try to oversell us on things but did give us options. The whole process was easy and painless and they were always very professional and helpful.

    Windows

    They really friendly and professional. They came early in the morning. All the windows in my house is installed quickly. So we got the warm back in the house early in the afternoon. They also clean up before they left.

    Perfect from start to finish

    We had new front and side doors installed by New Look. I had multiple companies come and take a look and I immediately felt like they new what they were doing, could answer all my questions and get exactly what I was looking for in terms of style. Communication was great throughout and the finished product is perfect. Thanks!
