New Windows
Absolutely amazing company to work with. I received quotes from seven other companies, but ultimately chose New Look because Alex stood out right away—he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and offered the best price. The level of service was truly exceptional. Alex never let me wait more than a few minutes for a response. I had many questions and concerns before installation, he was always patient, responsive, and reassuring, which made the whole process much less stressful. Installation day went smoothly. Oleg & his team were efficient, hardworking, and friendly. Any small hiccups were addressed right away. I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out—the new windows and door look fantastic. I also replaced my old, damaged California shutters with zebra blinds, Alex gave me a very fair price. The quality and installation were excellent. Overall, I couldn’t be happier. The windows qualify for Canada Greener Home loan my house is so much warmer & quieter. 10/10!!!

I contacted New Look Windows & Doors to install a new patio door and new window. From the initial stage right until completion of the job I found them to be very friendly, courteous, and very professional. Alex provided us with a competitive quote and Roman did an excellent job with the installation. They went above and beyond and we are very happy with the product and the final result. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!

Several months ago, we posted a Homestars ad looking for a reputable windows contractor to replace six dated second-floor windows. From the start, Eddy was patient and thorough, taking the time to explain all our options and ensure we were completely satisfied with our choices. Peter visited our home to take precise measurements for the brick-to-brick installation of our new triple-glass windows. The installation date was accurate and perfectly timed—just before the first cold weather arrived. Oleg and his team completed the work in 5–6 hours, as promised, with excellent professionalism workman ship and an impressive cleanup afterward. We’re very pleased with the entire experience. New Windows
I had a fantastic experience for the second time with New Look Windows and Doors for new doors and windows installation. From the initial quote to the final installation, the process was seamless and professional. The team was skilled, efficient, and did an amazing job.
