Replaced 3 custom doors and a some windows. Very happy with every step of the process. Great quality products, sales support and good installation.

New house door
Working with Eddy from New Look Windows & Doors was a pleasure from beginning to end. Eddy listened to my requirements and came up with a proposal that managed to satisfy both my desires and my budget. Then ob the day of the installation Alex and Vova came and did a professional install in a record time. The end result is beautiful and in my price range. Once time will come to replace my windows I will use this company again because my search for better customer service has come to an end with them.

Perfect!
We had met with 5-6 vendors to develop quotations and proposals. Eddy was the only vendor that actually listen to what we wanted and was able to develop a proposal demonstrating the materials and samples of the products he recommended. He service was unparalleled which made our vendor selection easy. This firms workmanship is amazing. Fast, on time and excellent quality. The technicians were polite, courteous and clean. Our final product was beyond our expectations. I recommend that his company to everyone 10/10 perfect!

Great service, terrific product
I recently changed most of my windows and my front door and had a great experience with New Look Windows and Doors. Eddy Reznik was very responsive to my questions and has provided excellent post install service. I would definitely use them again.

Custom windows
Had my windows done professionally by Oleg and company. They worked diligently and cleaned up neatly. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10.

Patio Door, Bay Window and Sliders replaced
Eddie, Alex and their team did such a fantastic job, we couldn't be happier with our new patio door and windows. The quote and prices were more then fair, and communication and installation went so smoothly. we will be going back to them for the rest of our windows when they are due to be replaced.

New door
We had a new side door installed at our home by New Look Windows and Doors and the entire process from initial consultation to installation was exceptional. Alex, the sales manager, offered us an on site assessment quickly, provided a detailed written quote and responded to all follow up emails promptly. He was extremely professional, helpful and patient, taking the time to explain options in detail and answer all of our questions until we were ready to proceed and was never pushy. Alex, the installer, was incredibly friendly, funny and kind, even offering to help us fix a lock and handle on a separate door. He did an impeccable job installing the frame and door and left the site in pristine condition, cleaning everything up and removing all old materials. The new door looks amazing and feels so much more secure than the one it replaced. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend New look Windows and Doors to anyone and would definitely use them again. Thank you so much to both Alexes for such a positive experience!

Window & Door Replacement
We had an outstanding experience with New Look Windows & Doors. From the first consult with the owner (Eddy) to the install with Gino & his team & everything in between. The entire process felt seamless. Eddy was able to answer all of my questions before the final order was placed & made himself available to speak personally at any time by call & even text. We were able to replace the front window of our home with the configuration we wanted, even after another company said it was not possible. Thank you Eddy, Alex & the team at New Look Windows & Doors for adding beauty & practicality to our home. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality & an incredible level of service!!
