I'm very pleased with New Look Windows and Doors. The entire experience was smooth and easy. The team installed everything quickly, the windows look fantastic, and they left the space spotless afterward. Probably cleaner than it was before if I'm being honest. Out of the 4 quotes I received, theirs was the most competitive, and they still delivered top-quality work. They were also very knowledgeable about the Canada Greener Homes rebate and the interest-free loan program, which helped me make informed decisions and save money. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for professional, top quality, and reliable window and door replacement.

New Windows
We are very happy with the windows, they worked quite fast and handled with care. They cleaned up afterwards which was really appreciated. If it was windows alone, this would have been a 5/5 review. We also had a door bought and installed from them, but I wouldn't recommend it. It still has issues with the latch, despite us communicating during installation + a coue times after.

Our experience with New Look Windows & Doors was excellent from start to finish. Eddy was extremely knowledgeable, patient and not satisfied with moving forward until we were confident he had answered all our questions. Our new window and door were ready for installation within the expected time frame and a mutually agreeable time was met shortly thereafter. Alex / Sasha is a gifted finishing carpenter / installer and his attention to detail was exceptional and impressive. We will definitely be seeking their input in any future projects going forward !

Installation of New Windows
Wonderful experience with Alex and his crew! Alex was so easy to deal with, always answers his phone and email in a timely manner. Very, clear and detailed explanation of product and work to be completed. The crew came on time, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up everything. Will always recommend Alex and his company!

Impeccable full window and door replacement
Alex and team did a wonderful job replacing all of our windows and doors at our secondary property when we had trouble finding a vendor that we could trust. They replied quickly to get the quote, provided all necessary details and were prompt to schedule the install. The crew were very professional, courteous and hard-working, putting in long hours to get the job done and frequently checking in to ensure we were satisfied with the work. We wouldn't trust this work to anyone other than New Look! Thanks so much for everything!

Windows and doors
A lot of these window companies look and sound the same and truthfully much of the product is similar, so for me what it comes down to is 1) price: are they listening to your needs and attempting to offer value? and 2) installation: is it executed skillfully and with attention to detail? I'm pleased to report that Eddy worked hard to earn my business and Oleg provided a skillful and careful execution, right down to the caulking. Ask for these guys and you will be in good hands.

Excellent work
Highly recommend. Excellent crew, product, price and professionalism. Got three quotes, this was just slightly higher but promised a better product and in less time. Will be calling them again when we replace our upstairs windows. Thank you!

Balcony sliding door
I highly recommend New Look Windows and Doors for their exceptional service and professionalism. Window/Door install
Fantastic experience with the crew from New Look, installing three windows and one door at my home. The installers, Peter and Vlad, were extremely professional, competent and efficient. The installation looks great and there was absolutely no mess left behind. The price was also more than fair. I would definitely hire New Look for any additional window/door work in the future.
