    Great value and fast turnaround

    New look was extremely easy to get a hold of anytime I had questions and completed a big job in one day while keeping the place clean. All at a great price

    Interior garage door

    This was New Look Windows and Doors second time at our home. 2 years ago they put in new windows in our house; this time it was the interior garage door. What can I say? Both times, from the very first, the owner himself came and walked us through the process, options, and prices. What is needed, and what not so necessary. Very honest man, no sales pushes here. The work, quality and craftsmanship was top notch; the men who came to do the installation were very quick, professional and hardworking. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, their work and products are absolutely fantiastic!!

    Great Service, Great Product and Very Professional

    Eddy and his crew did a fantastic job changing all the windows and doors at my home. Their pricing is competitive and their service is top notch. They are very knowledgeable and can help you from start to finish with your project. If you need windows and doors I recommend you give them a call, you will not be disappointed!!

    Windows and patio door replacement

    We recently hired New Look Windows & Doors to do a window replacement project. I have to say that their exceptional service stood out. The project involved the replacement of five windows and one patio door in our house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Eddy provided professional suggestions regarding the selection of suitable windows and doors, as well as their installation. His attention to detail impressed me. Throughout the project, I had the opportunity to interact with both Eddy and Alex, and their responsiveness was truly remarkable. Their willingness to provide helpful feedback was greatly appreciated. Roma and Ivan did a great installation job which exceeded our expectations. They replace the windows and door flawlessly. They also completed the clean-up after work. We are happy with the new door/windows and very pleased with the job they did. We would be more than happy to recommend New Look Windows & Doors.

    Windows

    Windows were installed on time as promised and in a Professional manner. The installers worked diligently and tidied up the area afterwards. We were also given a good suggestion about changing to a certain type of window. Were very pleased with our new windows and are happy to recommend New Look Windows and Doors.

    New doors & windows

    After shopping around, we decided to go with New Look Windows & Doors to replace our front door, several windows and a sliding back door. Not only was the quote competitive but Eddy was absolutely fantastic from the onset. We really appreciated his transparency, honesty, professionalism and all of the support he provided us in deciding our options, colours and design. His communication was excellent. The installation was seamless - high quality work by some very skilled people. We were also very pleased with the clean-up after a full day of work. We really love the result and have already started thinking about having a return visit for the remainder of our windows. Highly recommend.

    Great service

    We got several quotes from different companies that were all pretty close to each other in price. I went with New Look because their sales rep Eddy is a real straight shooter, and I liked his design sense. Having never installed windows and doors before, I wasn't sure what I was doing. Some of our thoughts, he told us point blank, no don't do that, it will look like crap. He knows the business, has a ton of experience, and the installers were super professional as well. No wonder New Look is so highly rated.
