    Got a new glass front door. Great consult, great crew. Delivered on time, cleaned up and the door looks great

    Windows and door installation

    Excellent service. Very professional Beautiful windows Eddy and his crew were exceptional. Have already recommended to others and their experience was just as good. Thank you for an excellent job Eddy

    All New Windows keep out the cold and wind

    New Look Windows was the first of the several companies to answer their phones when I rang. Several companies were too busy or couldn't be bothered to return or answer my calls. On that very first call, a time for a home visit was arranged. Eddy was helpful at every stage. He gave us a clear breakdown of the costs once he had measured the windows. I had to delay the original installation date. When I did not hear back from the installation team after some time, I called Eddy. Within a day, I received a call with a date. Oleg and Vlad were very efficient and very easy to have in our home. Our house is older, there were some issues with installation especially in the front room windows. I sent photos to Eddy. He and the guys conferred and then in time the windows were in and looked beautiful. After installation, we found that now that we had the new windows there were other secondary areas where cold air was coming in that had nothing to do with the new windows. We were able to fix this problem. I wanted to wait until a very cold day with wind to test out the new windows. With the storm on the 23 and 24th of December,. I am happy to say that the windows passed the wind and cold test with flying colours!

    Professional, Supportive, Friendly

    Alex is a professional and supportive man. He gives a lot of help and walks me through different windows as per my home layout. His team is great and very responsive. I would definitenly recommend him and his team.

    Replaced all windows on first and 2nd floor

    The installation started when Eddy projected at the time of sale. The crew (Alex and Vlad) worked efficiently and they provided perfect solutions to a couple of issues. Eddy was prompt in responding to questions and providing updates. We always felt like the project was in good hands. We love our new windows. I would highly recommend them to our friends.

    Windows and door

    Great fast service, Alex really knows his stuff, he alswys eeco mads the best option Overal great quality product for the price. The installation was also quick and headache free. I had used his services many years ago and I will buy from him again.

    Excellent Windows and Service

    Alex the owner was knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and honest. This wasnt the cheapest option for sliding door and window replacement, but I believe its the best value. Roman (lead installer) was friendly, VERY efficient, zero time wasting and cleaned up before they left. I will definitely use and recommend them again.

    Bow window

    Left a huge mess on my front patio (under window). Horrible silicone job. Scratched widow frames. Debris inside window pane. I sent them photos and I called Alex to tell him I wasn't happy with the silicone job and that there were holes in the silicone job, he told me to call him back in 3 weeks to remind him .. again .. he told me, the customer, to call him back to remind him! What a horrible job. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because they were on time.
