    Reasonably priced.

    Alex was pleasant and patiently answered all my questions. I paid for 5 windows including a bay window to be installed. The work was done quickly and efficiently in one day. The work was done last week and looks beautiful. So far so good…I obtained 5 quotes and Alex’s was the most reasonable. The quality of the windows seems satisfactory although I’m no expert. Alex also tells me that he offers a longer labour warranty than other window companies. I believe it is 10 years? He also has the standard 25 year warranty on the windows. I

    Exterior Door

    Extremely happy with the job. Alex was very thorough in his estimate and explained everything well. The installation crew worked hard to finish the job as soon as possible and left the place very clean. The installers were very professional. I would definitely recommend Alex and his team.

    Top Notch Service, Price and Quality

    I had all my windows and doors replaced. Alex is a pleasure to deal with, he is a consummate professional. His price and quality was very good, they communicate very well and in a timely fashion. I had a few very minor issues even years later, and Alex quickly responded and resolved my issues to my satisfaction. I recommended to a neighbor who was also very happy Keep up the great work

    New windows

    Great service and great company. Alex is extremely professional, always available for clarifications,and kept every single promise made. The installation crew worked hard to finish the job as soon as possible and left the place very clean. I would give more than 5 stars if would be possible.

    Excellent service, phenomenal work

    Alex and his team are professionals and provided quality work. Although we experience a covid related delay, it was well worth the wait. Stop wondering if you should shop around for quotes. Alex will take care of you and give you a fair price too.

    Installation of windows

    Excellent job, professional workers, the garbage was removed and the place was left tidy. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the windows. I will definitely call New Look Windows and Doors for my future projects.

    Very pleased with this company

    Alex offered good advice and a fair price on new windows. Install was delayed due to covid, but the end product was worth the wait. Installers were an excellent father and son team, and did a great job and respected my home. Would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
