    New windows and doors

    We were very impressed by the salesman and craftsmen they were all very professional, honest and efficient. The job was done when it was scheduled and completed in only a few days. The work site was cleaned and the finished job was beautiful. It has made our family room brighter and more functional. Thanks New Look

    Best professionals

    This company is highly recommended. We bought two doors (front and rear). They are using very good quality and not expensive products. Very punctual, professional and friendly guys. Cleaned everything after work is done.

    New Windows and Custom French Doors

    New Look has been a favourite on our street for years. Our immediate neighbours and another family down the street used them recently and we were very impressed by the finished product. We needed 11 of the original (100 years old) windows in our house replaced as well as the French Door to the porch - which is an irregular (narrow) size. Alex came to the house within a few days of the call and efficiently measured the windows and door. We discussed the products and agreed on style and function. We received the quote within a day and it was on target. We then booked the install (a few months later) and the guys came promptly and worked the first day on the windows. It was a two day job and after day one they cleaned up all of the mess and debris from the demolition and returned the next day to complete the door. Similar to day one they worked efficiently installed the door without issue. Thanks New Look!

    New front door with side lights

    New windows and doors were so professional. Alex was a pleasure to do business with. Euri who installed the door with his partner Did an amazing job. It was quick and clean and beautiful.

    Change the Patio

    The staff were professional, helpful and nice They finish the job so quickly and cleaned everything e when they are done. They work quietly. Really I like their work specially Alex,Alex and Romain

    Bow window

    Great service. Confirmed start date and provided instructions re dust covers etc. Arrived on time and completed the job in one day. Very professional and well prepared. After completion they cleaned up and removed all materials. If you are looking for Window installation you need to give them a call.

    Front Door, Windows, and Patio Doors

    Alex is an excellent consultant, he was honest and transparent from the beginning. He answered all my questions and concerns and his response time was amazing. I found that the price was also very reasonable compared to the other quotes I got. The team who completed the job were also very courteous, and of course has excellent craftsmanship. Everything looks great and works well. I will be hiring them again when it’s time to do the windows upstairs.

    Front door, back sliding door

    Team arrived half and hour before their set schedule. They were very professional and finish the job with good quality of workmanship. They even provided their direct phone number should anything happen or require their assistance.

    Excellent Job at Richmond Hill home

    New Look Windows just completed my moms house in Richmond Hill. All windows got replaced. They did a wonderful job. My mom is very happy. Alex was excellent to deal with. I'm very happy we decided to go with him and his team.
