Whole house window replacement
I was in need of new windows for my own home and made the decision to not use Eurostars Windows this time (or ever again) who I used for my 2 income properties due to poor customer service. So happy I did! From beginning to end Alex exemplified what it is to be a professional in this competitive arena (really appreciated the detailed emailed quote) . He was not pushy and was highly responsive to follow-up messages and amendments. Fair pricing and meets stated timelines. I would request Andre's crew if possible, they were pleasant, fast and hard working. They finished 10 windows in a day but my circumstances did not require casings to be installed so expect more time if you do. Don't hesitate to give New Look Windows a shot. I completed 5 estimates before choosing.

Replaced Four Sliding Windows
Serge arrived with his crew of two and replaced three windows and cutout the forth in a timely and professional manner.

Windows replaced - repeat customers!
This is the second time we've used New Look Windows and Doors for updates to our home, and we've been very happy with their service both times. The first time was for a new front door when we had just moved into our home - the second time was to replace a few windows that were old (it seems like some windows were replaced before we bought the house, but others were left). Their staff is very professional, very responsive, and we're always happy with their work. I highly recommend their services!!

Window Replacement
Very satisfied with the workmanship and the timing. Did not have any issues from quotation to final installation, Alex (sales Manager) provide all details and followed up on a timely basis to get the work done.

Easy to arrange, work done on time and as expected. Alex and Ivan were friendly and easy to deal with.

Windows and Doors
I had the most satisfying experience working with Alex and his crew of workers. Alex was very understanding and easy to talk to when I had some unforseen difficulties around my commitment. He worked with me in a kind and respectful way throughout the whole process. ..Thanks Alex. The work that was done is amazing. The workmen were respectful, cleaned up after and during the job, the job was finished in exactly the time they had contracted it to be done. ..Thank you. Very professional from start to finish. Alex priced project and told us sequence of events and timelines and was true to his word. No snags.....everything went smoothly and windows look great!!
