    Windows replacement

    5 windows and a front door were replaced. Very good work and product for the money. Would highly recommend this company.

    front door/storm door

    I'm very happy with my new steel front door and storm door. For years, I've experienced cold air seeping through all the crevices around my old front door, and my new doors are seamless! Alex delivered as promised and his communication was professional and thorough. There were no surprises and no additional costs. The overall cost was comparable to other quotes I received, but the customer service is what stood out for me. The two installers were also personable and meticulous in their work...and thank you for doing such a great job in cleaning up afterwards. I would be happy to recommend Alex and his team to anyone (and already have).

    Installation of front door. Expanded entrance by removing side light window.

    Great job in the installation of the door by the installer Roman. We were referred by our neighbours who got their windows done also. The installation was in early November and after the install there was zero drafts on the inside - unlike our old door. By removing the narrow side light window beside the front door gave us much more light and entrance space. Very happy with the work.

    Great product & Excellent customer service

    I had 12 windows on my second floor replaced by New Look Windows. High quality materials are being used, Very professional installer who know what to do in a timely manner and add to this a wonderful Alex, the sales man, Who goes above and beyond to accommodate his clients. I would highly recommend this company with full confidence to all the readers of this review.

    Windows and patio door install

    We are very impressed with 9 windows and door install from New look windows and doors. Alex the sales associate was incredible and helpful. I am very pleased with Alex and he is great to deal with. Excellent product and quality work. Installation crew very respectful and professional. I will recommend New Look windows and doors to everyone.

    windows

    we change 9 windows, and have a wonderful window change experience. alex is very good person. good service and fair price. I will recommend this company.

    door

    My old door was not in good sharp so I got the recommend from my neighbour who also asked the same company Doors & Windows to change all doors & windows The jobs were done well for both of us. . Good job, no problem. It was easy to deal with the sale man.

    new windows

    Alex, the owner, was very professional and helpful. He explained everything in great detail and provided us with a free estimate and the price was amazing. The installers, Roman and Eugene, worked very hard and did an amazing job! They also left the house very clean. We highly recommend them. Our neighbours have already commented on how nice the windows look. If you are looking for a reliable, honest and hard working company to replace your windows and doors look no further, these guys are it! They have unbeatable prices, great reputation and professionalism like no other.

    New door & side glass panels

    I had an amazing experience with Alex at New Look Windows and doors. He was friendly, reliable and his product was exactly what I asked for. Alex was very professional and his customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced! I recommend him to everyone I know that is looking to replace their doors/windows!
