Sam from JSN Appliance Repair came to inspect the problem we were having with our washing machine. It seemed to be a major issue and was unrepairable. We were bracing ourselves for replacing yet another washing machine, the third one in 19 years. That was until Sam messaged to say that he had spoke to the Whirlpool master technician and learned of a possible repair. It would cost $330 but should work, and if it didnt, I would pay nothing. It worked and has continued to since with out any issues. Sam is amazing. Courteous, on time, and looks to solve whatever problem he can. I would highly recommend him. TV

I've used their services twice. Once for my washer and once for my dryer. They were quick and fixed the problem. They were professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Sam was very prompt and knew what he was doing. He had anticipated the problem and brought a replacement part. He made the repairs quickly and even cleaned the stove top after he was done. Great job.
