From first contact, Sam from JSN was communicative and responsive. He arrived as scheduled, was quick to identify the issue. While he did not have the replacement part on hand, he ordered immediately and within a week contacted me again to schedule the repair. The repair job was completed expertly, and the appliance works as it did prior to the malfunction. I would certainly hire JSN again for appliance repair.

The technician made an excellent job. It was clear that he knew what he was doing. I would use them any time for any appliances.

JSN inspected dishwasher and provided estimate to repair. Based on age of the dishwasher, we've gone ahead and replaced it vs. repair.

Hired to repair a washer. At first said it was the pump. Replaced the pump then said it was the motor and too expensive to fix. Took out the new part and left the washer tub half full which had been empty when he arrived. Not really very pleasant. Had to pay the service fee before he arrived.

Sam showed up quickly and did is diagnostic and found the problem. 2 days later he had the parts and I had a working oven. Great manners, punctual, works cleanly and is reliable. I’m very happy with JSN Appliance Repairs services and I highly recommend them. P.S They charge 3% more if you pay by credit card instead of debit. Just be aware
