John arrived promptly with a generous notice prior to arrival. He examined our dryer and gave me a fair estimate, of which I agreed to before any work began. He was fantastic and professional. Would highly recommend. Even with a small follow up visit, John was amazing. Our dryer is back to running well again. This company was good to work with from appointment booking to completion of work and especially price!

My Samsung washer and dryer have been giving me headaches. Sam did great jobs to fix both of them and keep them running. Sam treated my machines like his own machines, very careful and vacuumed them while fixing. I like the way he put all the screws on the towel in small groups so that nothing will be missing. My laundry room is nice and clean after he completed the job. Sam texted me after several days to follow up on his repair. Strongly recommended.

I have used JSN on four occasions for appliance repair. The service is exceptional. The cleanliness and organization are beyond compare. I do not hesitate to call JSN. I know that the repair will be completed properly with a fair cost. My only complaint is that I cannot convince them to do my commercial repairs.

Repair to leaking Maytag washing machine. Replaced internal water filter on initial inspection. Cost included part and labour.
