Sam is my go-to for all my appliance servicing. He has been to my house numerous times and is always friendly, professional and fairly priced.

We have had JSN appliance repair at our house for a number of appliance repairs. They a courteous and treat their customers very well. With the repairs they have made we have never had to call them back. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs for their appliances.

The upper shelf of my dishwasher wasnt working properly, I got JSN contact from my friend who already used their service before for different appliances, and Sam replied so quick and came on the same day I called. He checked the dishwasher and figured which part needs replacing and he was prepared with the parts and fixed it. It turned on and it worked perfectly. I highly recommend Sam. The company was very good about communicating and setting up a quick response. He came out as scheduled and the repair was completed as promised. Our only complaint was that we felt it was quite expensive and took a long time to get the part for a replacement of a belt ( a very common problem) on a very common GE washer. We did tell him this.

Whirlpool dryer was making a steady squealing sound. JSN Applicances Repair Inc repsonded immediately to my phone message and Sam came out the same day. He diagnosed the issue, clearly explained it to me and spent 2hours+ replacing the part and cleaning all components of the dryer before re-assembling. Appreciated the conversation re: either repairing or replacing a 10 year old dryer before moving forward with the repair. Highly recommend!

Great experience with JSN Appliance repair. Our dryer repair went very smoothly. They were prompt and very professional!

I was using my dishwasher and after it was done, I noticed there was water leaking onto the floor in front of the door. I called to ask about what the problem might be and how to fix it. The lady who answered the phone (I didn't catch her name but she was very nice) offered for a technician to come look at it and clearly explained how the appointments/payments work. It took a few days before I heard back from them, but then Sam reached out and said he could come see my dishwasher that night. Once he arrived, Sam was great. Tested a few things and quickly figured out what the problem was. Had the whole machine fixed and running smoothly again that night. He also explained a couple things to me about my dishwasher that can help me with proper maintenance of it in the future. I would definitely call them again.
