The team was able to perform the repair timely and within range of pricing expectations. The repair person was polite, provided timing updates, shared a summary of what work was required and would be performed and cleaned up after his successful repair. Would recommend and use again.

Our 10 year old washing machine suddenly stopped working. I got a response from Sam at JSN within minutes on Homestars and booked an appointment shortly after. He came in, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the broken part. Our washer is working like new again.

JSN, especially Sam, have been amazing from the time I contacted them. Our dryer stopped working and I contacted JSN who was responsive, setup an appointment promptly, diagnosed, quoted and repaired all while being extremely professional and transparent. I highly recommend them and Sam!

They arrived as scheduled assessed and repaired our washer within an hour. Have had no issues with it since.

Tech was able to find out the problem pretty quick. Tech charged about $90 to come in and check the stove. Received a quote on the following working day as it was long weekend. Quote was very high even with a senior discount. Look me 30min to replace the parts myself. I was able to find the parts much cheaper then what was quoted.
