We have hired Sam and JSN a few times for various appliance repairs. Sam is very professional and on one occasion proved he is trustworthy but advising us that our old washing machine wasn't worth repairing. Most recently, we hired Sam to repair our dryer We're a family of 5 with 3 kids under 10 so having functioning laundry is a must. Sam was able to come over in one day and fixed our dryer without issue. His rates are reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We were very satisfied with Sam's work on our washing machine a few years ago so we called him again to repair our leaking dishwasher. He responded immediately and quickly replaced the broken part on the dishwasher. Sam was very dependable as usual. We will definitely call him again if we have any problems with any of our appliances in the future.

Jsn was a wonderful company to deal with. They replied to messages quickly and came out to deal with the problem promptly. Sam is a very nice respectful, respectful person and we would use his services again.

I reached out to JSN for help with my 10 year old Maytag washer. I had an error code of E1/F6. Sam returned my call quickly and asked for a few details before giving me his thoughts on what could be the problem. He was transparent about the process so I knew what to expect throughout. The washer required a new control board which he had on hand so was able to fix it in the same visit. My washer is working again thanks to Sam! Will keep his contact information in case I need it for other appliances in the future!
