JSN was very helpful and fixed the starter on my washing machine in a timely manner.

Sam wss great to work with. After setting an appontment to do the work once the parts had arrived he kept me informed that a previous job was gojng longer then expected and when he arrived fixed the machine. . Will use again .

I called JSN Appliances to replace our dishwasher wheels that have been constantly falling off. They quickly replied to me with a quote and time they could come do the repair Sam finished the job in a short amount of time and we have not had any issues with the wheels since. Highly recommended!

If I have problems with any of my appliances, I call Sam and JSN. This time he fixed a leaking washer. It works perfectly now! This is my fourth time using his services in the last seven years and I'm always happy with his work. Sam is always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him.

JSN was quick to return my initial call. They were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Sam, the owner, provided the service himself. He worked quickly to diagnose and fix the problem. Sam was courteous and clean. He also offered suggestions for proper use and maintenance of my stove. I would definitely recommend JSN repair to others. My only compliant was that the price was double what I was quoted for a service call. I am still not sure why, as it took less than an hour and no new parts were required.

My dishwasher stopped working and the whole control panel went dead. At the same time it was leaking and making a noise like trying to pump out the water. It seemed to us like the whole computer got broken. I contacted JSN, described the symptoms and was advised that there might be the leak which caused the control panel being disactivated for the safety reason. I got an appointment scheduled for the same day, Sam was very punctual and professional. He diagnosed very quickly that there was a leak at the water valve and he replaced the part. I am very happy with his service and I highly reccomend him.

This is the second occasion I have called Sam. Always professional, on time, knowledgeable and gives you a quote before any work is started.

When our gas oven started acting up, we called Jsn because their listing noted their expertise with gas appliances. They were able to book an appointment promptly, and Sam, the technician came on time. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to fix the problem for a reasonable fee. We will definitely use Jsn again for any appliance repairs.
