Sam was very professional and really helped us out. He was excellent at communicating with us. He sourced the part we needed and we are so happy! 10/10 service! Very punctual.

Excellent service and very quick response, I recommend this company for any required service for stove, dishwasher, washer and drier.

Sam did an amazing job repairing my washer, especially considering I was sure I would need to purchase a new one! He came out when it was convenient for me, was able to diagnose the problem and then order the necessary parts. He kept me Informed as to the status of the part replacement and came out to install it as soon as it arrived. The machine is working just fine and we couldn’t be happier!

Diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the part, came back and installed without issue. Washing machine is working fine again. Liked that I got a call back a week later asking if everything was working okay. Good customer service.

Sam diagnosed and explained what had to be repaired. Did a thorough cleaning inside the dryer. Had parts available. Checked next day to see if everything was working. Have had other appliance repair companies but it will be Jsn from now on
