Our dishwasher was leaking. Sam came took a look and was able to find out exactly what was causing the leak. He ordered the part that needed to be replaced and came back to fix it as soon as he received it. Sam is amazing at fixing appliances. He is able to find out exactly what's not working and is honest when it comes to telling you if it's worth fixing or not. He had previously fixed our dryer and it saved us a lot of money not having to replace a stackable washer and dryer and the dishwasher this time. I had called someone else before finding JSN online. The guy came, got paid for the service call and disappeared - never came back to fix anything. Sam is very knowledgeable at what he does, is honest and offers a great service.
