The company kept me informed of estimated time of arrival. The repair man was polite and knowledgeable He went about his work in a clean professional way. He explained the problem. He completed the repair that evening. I was very happy with the service. I received a post service follow up to ensure all was well with the dryer.

I highly recommend JSN Appliance Repair. They are professional, skilled and transparent when it comes to the issue, the solution and the cost of the repair. My washing machine was leaking in two places - one pipe needed to be reattached and the other needed to be replaced. Sam provided updates on the part order, delivery and total cost of the part and repair, prior to coming to complete the repair. After having poor experiences with other appliance repair services in the past, I was happy to work with someone who had a high degree of professionalism. When my oven stopped making heat JSN was able to quickly diagnose the issue and order the part. Once the part arrived they were flexible with their scheduling (to fit around my work, getting kids to/from school and activities) to get the work done in a timely manner. Would recommend!
