    Washer Repair

    The washer stopped mid cycle and showed that error on the display. Sam came in and quickly found the problem. It works perfect now. And he was extremely polite.

    Washer Repair

    Sam did a great job. He identified the issue quickly, hard the necessary parts and finished the work quickly. He was also very polite.

    Dryer Repair

    Sam was able to come to our house in the evening on the day we requested to repair our dryer. He asked for some information ahead of time so that he would be prepared. Sam was super polite and quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted us a very reasonable price. He had the correct part with him and was able to fix on the same day. He also vacummed all of the lint out while he had the dryer open. There was was much lint that it completely filled the canister and more! We could not be more pleased with the prompt, reasonably priced excellent service that we received. We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends. Thanks Sam!

    Stove repair

    We are very pleased with Sam's work. Our stove stopped working in early January. Sam came within a couple of days after we spoke and he established there were a couple of problems to deal with. He ordered a few parts, which took a few weeks to arrive. It turned out that one of the two problems needed a different type of solution. He came back within a week with a new part, and the stove was fixed and overall it saved us money when compared to the original estimate. Very pleased with the overall service.

    Appliance Repair

    Washer broke down, called Sam Monday, part out-of-stock until Thursday, here I am Friday doing laundry! Fast, efficient, tidy and respectful of my home Sam was a pleasure to deal with. He advised in advance what the problem was (a broken pump, plugged up and useless), how much work was involved to fix it, what it would cost and when it would be completed. Sam didn't let me down.

    Range Repair

    Called JSN Appliance Repair on a Saturday and spoke to Sam on the issue of my oven element not working and what I had already replaced. Sam indicated that it was probably the control board and he could be at the house on Monday to replace it.Sam called on Monday to confirm the time and arrived exactly as promised. He diagnosed the problem to confirm it was the control board and then verified the diagnosis with the oven manufacturer - control boards are expensive and he wanted to make sure that I didn't spend money on anything not required. Sam was courteous, professional and well organized. Over the years I have had many appliance technicians service my appliances and would rate him head and shoulders above them. Highly recommend him and JSN.

    Service

    Sam did a great job methodically troubleshooting from step A to step F and then stayed to ensure the drain pump was fully functional. Well done ! I have a happy wife once again (even though I washed the dishes most of the time...)

    Dishwasher Repair

    Very impressed with the service provided by Sam. He was very friendly and was able to troubleshoot the problem by checking things in a systematic manner. Once he found the problem, he showed it to me before continuing with the repair. Would definitely recommend Sam without any hesitation.

    Dryer Repair

    Sam was fast, courteous and provided estimate before repair. They were no surprises and he was very understanding of the fact we have small kids so we needed prompt service. I would recommend his services.
