    Dishwasher Repair

    Sam was amazing. He came on his aniversery to fix our dishwasher. Hope he didn't get didn't put in the dog house.

    Freezer repair

    excellent service by Ayman in getting the water leakage issue from my freezer fixed. Did the job and kept the kitchen very clean. Highly recommend the service as its convenient and cost effective.

    refrigerator repair

    Ayman fixed the fan on my refrigerator last week. He came on a Saturday, picked up the part and fixed it the same day. I am very satisfied with his work. Last year we had Sam fix our dryer and were also very happy with his work!

    Dryer Repair

    Service was done quickly at a fair price. I even got a follow up call the next day to ensure I was happy with the service. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

    Washer Repair

    We had a problem with our washer I contacted Sam on Sun although he was very busy but he made time for us and he came and fix our washer right away. Sam was very pleasant and he knew what he was doing. One thing we loved about Sam when I called he asked me for model and serial number so he can have the part available to fix. We will recommend Sam to everybody and we are very satisfy with the service and excellent customer service. Thank you Sam.

    Range Repair

    Sam is a true professional. Called late yesterday and showed up the next day. Very polite and when he was completed his work everything was put back in place. Would definatly use him again. Thank you Sam!

    Fridge Repair

    I had a recurring problem with my GE Refrigerator and have had a terrible repair experience with another company in the past. I decided to try JSN this time mostly due to the excellent reviews they receive on this site. They did not disappoint!! On my initial phone call, Ayman assessed our problem and made sure to order possible needed replacement parts before his first visit, so that hopefully he could diagnose and repair promptly. Sure enough he was able to have us up and running within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. We did have a small problem reoccur after the repair, but Ayman was prompt to return and make it right. Very friendly and trustworthy service. JSN has now become my only appliance repair company going forward. Thanks again Ayman and my apologies for my delayed review.
