    Dryer repair

    My dryer was not shutting off. If I closed the door, it would continue to run. It only stopped at the end of the cycle. I called Sears as that is where I had bought it but they told me they do normally do out of warranty repairs. So I checked Homestars and JSN Appliances Repair had a good rating so I called them. He scheduled an appointment for the evening, two days after my call. He called me that evening to advise me he would be a bit later as he had taken longer at a previous customer. When he arrived, he worked on the dryer for about 45 minutes and fixed it. No parts were needed as he had found the problem was a loose wire. Overall, I was very pleased with the company - courteous, friendly, and competent.

    Refrigerator repair

    Ayman arrived at our house on time, was professional and friendly. He came with all the necessary parts to make the refrigerator repair. We were very grateful and impressed with the excellent service after a bad experience with another company who did not repair our fridge after two visits and over $800 in charges.

    Dryer Repair

    Sam came at scheduled time and throughout the repair explained what the issues were and how much the cost would be. He made sure that before he left, he cleaned up the work area. Finally, he gave us some preventative tips to make sure the dryer stays in top working condition. We will definetly use Sam's services should the need arise again and we would recommend him to our family and friends.

    Dryer Fix

    Dryer broke over the weekend. Called JSN on Sunday, booked an appointment for Monday, and dryer was fixed that day. Sam did an awesome job and I would recommend their services again.

    Dryer Repair

    Sam responded to my call within a few hrs and was able to book a date for service. He was in time and fix the dryer within an hour. He was helpful and offered to clean around the dryer and put some vent tape on my dryer vent pipe. Also gave me helpful tips on keep dryer in good run in order

    Appliance repair

    My dryer broke down and I immediately turned to HomeStars as I had had very good experience when I needed an electrician. My last appliance repair experience on my oven was not a good one. I had used the repair person from the store where I purchased the oven (took 6 weeks for me to get the fix finally done). Had I looked on HomeStars I could have seen they only got a rating of 2!! I was very pleased to find JSN Appliances Repair. Sam answered the phone immediately and gave us a time for the next day, following up with a very courteous confirmation text . He phoned the next day to confirm again and when he was running late called to let us know and assure us he was still going to come. Having asked for the dryer model and serial number, he had all of the necessary parts and the job was done efficiently, quickly and cost efficiently. I now have a working dryer in less than 48 hours after it broke down. JSN has earned all of the reviewers "10's" and I would certainly use them again.

    Dryer Repair

    We called Sam at 8:00 in the morning, he returned our call at 9:00 am and our dryer was fixed by 9:00 pm. Sam was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He asked for the necessary information in order to bring parts that might be required in order to complete the job promptly. We will definitely call JSN for future appliance repairs.

    KitchenAid Fridge Repair

    Our fridge cooling ability had deteriorated over the last week and we had ice build up on the bottom of our freezer drawer which would drip out onto the floor when it ran through a defrost cycle. Sam at JSN provided me his fridge specialist Ayman's number to call to arrange an appointment. I called late on Friday so in order to get the possible parts required Ayman scheduled an appointment for Monday evening between 6-9. He arrived with shoe covers, tools and a smile. The work was completed quickly and he identified that there was no need for replacement parts once the fridge had been defrosted and drain lines cleaned out. I would certainly recommend Ayman to a friend and call him again for any fridge/freezer repair.

    Refrigerator repair

    We had a leaking refrigerator over the weekend and in dire need of repair - it turned out to be a faulty water inlet valve. We left a voicemail early on Monday morning and received a call soon after. Ayman said he could come by that evening. He arrived at the scheduled time and was able to quickly identify and repair the problem. He was quick, clean and efficient and provided some helpful maintenance tips. We highly recommend Ayman/JSNappliance Repair
