    Range Repair

    On-time, courteous, professional and fast. Sam came out to repair out induction range and had all required parts in hand at the time of the appointment.

    Dryer Repair

    Our Maytag dryer was able to run but there was no heat. We checked HomeStars, saw Sam's reviews and called him. He arrived later the same day and was thoroughly professional right from the start. He very quickly determined what the problem was (defective wire), explained it to us, made the repair and tested the dryer to ensure it heated up properly. He also vacuumed the dust and lint inside the dryer and was extremely tidy. We loved Sam's promptness, courteous manner, helpful hints and technical knowledge. We will definitely call him again for other appliance repairs, if required. Thank you so much Sam!

    Gas Dryer repair

    I have dealt with numerous appliance repair companies. JSN is different. They were able to come the same day and arrived when they said they would. Upon initial observation the dryer was performing as expected. Sam stayed a little longer troubleshooting and discovered the problem-a faulty coil. He had the parts on hand and fixed the problem that day. He was polite and extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely call JSN again. Thanks Sam.

    Washer Repair

    I am very pleased with the service that I received from JSN Appliance Repairs. Sam was courteous, prompt and very knowledgeable. He determined that it would cost more to fix the washer than it would be to buy a new one. He then took the time to discuss options for a new machine. I would not hesitate to call Sam in the future.

    Dryer Repair

    Sam was polite efficient and promptly replaced the heating element in my dryer. He also meticulously vacuumed all of the lint without judgment. When he examined the drum he noted another problem and replaced the belt. Unlike some other contractors I have dealt with, he had all the parts at the ready and patiently explained all aspects and suggestions for ongoing maintenance. He will definitely be my first call should I need any other appliance repaired and I have no hesitation recommending this company to others. Thank you so much!

    dishwasher install

    After JSN cancelled my app't, Sam called asking if he could come earlier as he didn't want us without a dishwasher while he was away! I was very relieved and grateful he managed to take care of this for us. Many Thanks!

    Dryer repair

    I had an excellent experience with JSN Appliances Repair last month. I reached out to them regarding my dryer and was promptly contacted by Sam who made arrangements to come see the appliance the very next day. Sam was polite, professional and honest regarding the problem, solution and cost. He got the dryer temporarily functioning but made it clear that he would have to order and install a new part. I really appreciated being informed throughout the week as to the timing of the next service appointment. As well, both times prior to his visits, Sam called and notified us as to when he would be arriving. In short, Sam got us the right part, at the right time, for the right price and did a thorough job of installing and getting our dryer back to working condition!

    Dishwasher Repair

    I called Sam to help fix an issue with my dishwasher which,I thought, had a faulty pump. Not only was he responsive to my initial inquiry, he was also efficient in his job. He assessed the problem and had the machine back in working order within 30 minutes of the visit. Would definitely call for his services again

    Dishwasher repair

    Washer/Dryer Combo

    Made arrangements for Sam to arrive at my place as my washer was making a screeching sound. Of course when he arrived (on time) the machine behaved perfectly well (tip - user your phone and record it). Though we seem to believe it could be the ball bearings so I will just use it until it dies (would not be worth it otherwise). Sam did see that the pump was not screwed and took care of it for me. Thanks Sam!
