    New house locks

    I recently purchased a new house and wanted the locks changed for safety purposes. Dimitri came first thing the very next day and changed the locks. He also replaced a door knob that was not turning properly. He was polite and very quick.

    Key Change and Door Guards

    Moved into a new home and wanted to change the locks. Dimitri was prompt over the phone, came early for the appointment and provided exceptional service and advice. He knows his craft and the entire experience was wonderful. Would give 11 stars if possible and will certainly recommend him to family and friends.

    Re-keying four locks

    Professional, knowledgeable and fast. Arrived on time with short notice, did a great job, and offered some good advice on future needs. This is a small family-owned business that takes pride in its work. Highly recommended!

    Smartlock Installation

    Swapped old lock for a Smart Lock and a new Lever. The response was prompt. Once we decided to proceed with the work, the Smart lock was installed the same day. Fast efficient service.

    Expert professional work & great service

    The wrong key was mistakenly forced into a door, breaking a cylinder in the lock. LOCKSMITH CARE attended the same day, replaced the lock and provided keys. The job was done in less than an hour. Professional, polite and considerate. Definitely recommend.

    Changed Deadbolt to electronic lock

    We had a deadbolt fail on us (only 6 months after installation of the new door!) and needed a replacement. We decided to have an electronic deadbolt installed instead (a Yale model was recommended) and we also had a new doorknob installed on the back door. The price was fair I think (including the lock) and the service was relatively prompt. Most of all: for hte first time since we had the new door installed the lock slides into the door like butter - like it should have done from the outset. Thanks so much for taking the care on the adjustment of the new lock that the original installers clearly did not!!!

    Lock repair

    Our door lock had been damaged by someone trying to break in. This company responded promptly and the problem was fixed within an hour. Great service and I would recommend to others.

    Re-Keyed Lock

    We needed one of our locks re-keyed, so I contacted Dimitar from Locksmith Care. As other reviewers have mentioned, he was very professional, on time, and efficient. Work and payment was done in maybe 10 minutes max. We highly recommend!

    Key change

    We had a security issue arise and needed to change the keys to our locks. Dimitar was there the very next day at 8 am, and was done in 20 minutes. The locks actually work better than before, and we have peace of mind. I am surprised this was all so easy. Excellent service from this company.
