    Fixing a front door lock

    Wow -- what a lovely person: I called this afternoon to ask about repairing my front door lock (which I had replaced myself, poorly, a few years ago). Dimitar was able to come within the hour, explained what was wrong, clearly and patiently explained the options, and fixed it in just a few minutes. Great experience. Thank you!

    ReKey

    We had four locks re-keyed. Excellent service. Dimitar arrived on time (early, actually!) and was friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if we ever need a locksmith again!

    Efficiently re-keyed our home's locks

    Dimitar was excellent! He re-keyed the locks on our front and back door when we took possession of our new house. He arrived on-time and was professional in all of his communications. Dimitar worked very efficiently, but was also friendly. He will absolutely be the first (and hopefully only!) locksmith I'll call if I ever need a locksmith again. Please also note that his name is Dimitar. It would seem he's too polite to correct people who call him Dimitri.

    Full house key replacement and smart locks

    Received next day excellent service on our new home. We really appreciate the fast response and additional advice on different security measures and maintenance. Would recommend to anyone else looking for a fast and efficient locksmith.

    Lock repair

    From the very start when I placed my phone call which was answered immediately by Dimitri, he understood my lock issue, arranged an appointment that day which was brought forward, arrived at my house at the time arranged and repaired my lock speedily. He explained the problem with my lock and what he had to do to rectify that problem, and throughout he was polite and friendly. This is the second time he has been to our home and I would definitely use him again.

    Unlock door

    Amazing! I was back in my house within 30 mins of posting on HomeStars. Dimitri was super efficient, polite, and followed COVID protocols. Would definitly go directly to him next time.

    Replaced Door Lock and Restored Porch Door Lock

    Dimitar is great: professional, on time, and efficient! I called for an in person estimate and expected a return visit but he did it all in one visit (20 minutes). He replaced our front door lock and revived the functionality of our screened porch door lock with a new key. He even checked our back entrance which was appreciated. Dimitar is obviously knowledgeable, practical and straight forward. Highly recommended.

    Fixed our lock!

    Amazing service! Professional, helpful, honest. Went above and beyond - fixed the lock (with no unnecessary "extras") AND checked on another lock/door for us (and gave care suggestions). Would highly recommend.
