    Great rekey service

    Dimitri was very quick, efficient and professional. He arrived when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would at the price that was posted on his website. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and we will definitely be contacting him again for any future locksmith services.

    Lock repair and rekey

    Dimitar was prompt for our appointment. He's proficient and efficient fixing my locks and re-keying the locks. He's also willing to answer my (dumb lock-related) questions during the service. Overall I'm happy with Dimitar's service.

    Fixed door lock

    Very satisfied with Dimitar. He came as soon as i called even though it was after hours and was very thorough with his work. He corrected the situation with our lock and was very courteous and super professional. He has a great sense of humour too. Highly recommend Dimitar, he's the best!

    Great service and saved me money

    Dimitar came on time to fix a door handle that was not working (handle stopped turning). Fixed in quickly, wearing full PPE given COVID, and did it in a manner that allowed me to return the new handle I bought and he just replaced the inside piece. Would highly recommend!

    Re-keying

    Dimitri at Locksmith Care Inc. was very professional when he answered my call and came to do the work. Dimitri follows Covid safety protocol was punctual, and provided Fast and careful service for re-keying.

    New keypad lovk

    Had a great experience with Dimitar. He replaced the lock and broken handle on our door and installed a new keypad lock. He was timely , reliable and there was great communication. Highly recommend.

    Replace broken lock

    After watching a segment on the television show Marketplace about unscrupulous locksmiths I was very concerned about finding a trustworthy company. I made sure to do my research as best as possible and decided to give Locksmith Care a try. I was out of town at the time and a tenant had gotten locked out of his apartment due to the lock breaking. Dimitar responded quickly to my voicemail and not only came the same day but was able to come sooner than expected which was very much appreciated by myself and the tenant who was locked out of his apartment on a cold April morning. He did his job efficiently and charged what he quoted with no extra surprises. I would recommend Locksmith Care to anyone who needed their services.

    Mailbox & Key Replacement

    Dimitar replaced a mailbox / 2 keys for my father. He provided me a quote as requested, arrived promptly, performed the work well & expeditiously. He was extraordinarily professional and very pleasant to deal with!! His pricing was very fair & reasonable! The customer service, work & overall experience was excellent!! He made an unfortunate circumstance (i.e. loss of keys) very easy to deal with. I cannot say enough good / positive things about him, except that I was so very pleased & felt compelled to write a review (which I never do). I would highly recommend Dimitar & Locksmith Care!

    Great service, advice and price

    We needed new front door pulls and locks and Dimitar from Locksmith Care did very good work despite the previous lock being poorly installed. During the Covid pandemic he took precautions to wear a mask and gloves which we appreciated.
