    Front Door Lock

    Excellent same day service! Said he would be here by 10:30. He was here by 10. Secured the loose handle, adjusted all the working parts, lubricated it all, and everything is in perfect order now! You couldn’t get better service at a better price! It is no wonder that this company has been awarded the HomeStars crown for five years in a row now! They are the best, and I would recommend them to anyone!

    Highly recommended company and owner

    Highly recommend this company and more importantly the owner, Dimitri. Even though Dimitri was fully booked, he spent 20min on the phone with me and recommended some very simple but important fix for my sliding door which makes it much more safe. I really appreciate his time, and more importantly his honesty.

    Door lock replacement

    Our 30 year old front door lock wore out. Called Dimitri and sent a photo. He arrived 40 minutes later with exactly the right replacement lock. He had to make some adjustments to the door and did so quickly and cleanly. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

    Pieces of my key was stuck in the front door lock

    I called Dimitri after having my key break in the front door lock, making the lock unusable. He responded within the hour as communicated and did a fast and efficient job. Great customer service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith.

    Yale/Nest dead bolt install

    I called Dimitar and he called me back right away. He came to my house within 30 minutes and installed my Yale Nest deadbolt. He was professional, kind, honest and kept his word on his install price. I highly recommend him. I can see why he has so many great reviews. I will definitely call him again for any locksmith needs.

    Front door lock

    I delayed fixing my front door lock, thinking that maybe I'd fix it myself. Fortunately I thought better about that idea and eventually called Dimitar at Locksmith Care, realizing almost immediately that I'd made the right decision. His knowledge, expertise and people skills were exemplary. He arrived earlier than arranged, explained the problem and offered an immediate solution. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily. A professional job well worth the cost. Dimitar, sorry about the lateness of this review as well.

    Prompt efficient service

    Needed to change my front door lock due to lost set of keys. To my surprise, Dimitri arrived within 20 minutes of my call and the lock was changed within the hour. Conveniently, he was also able to cut the extra keys that I needed, right on site.

    Resale

    Changed ownership on a rental property and needed new front, side and interior work done to multiple locked areas. Dmitri asked for pics to best prepare the work, and completed it quickly, effectively and without issue. Would definitely recommend him and absolutely use him again. This is the standard that all trades should emulate!

    Front door lock

    I called to inquire if they could repair the latch on my front door. Fortunately he was able to service the door right away. He changed out the latch mechanism in a timely manner. He was friendly and courteous. He also adjusted the door hinge and hole for the deadbolt so the door was better aligned with the door frame and the deadbolt with the hole. I would hire this company again!

    Locks and Locksmiths

    Locksmith Care answered my call right away and made a quick appointment to change a lock and deadbolt. They were able to make an appointment the same day or whenever was most convenient for me. They were on time, early in fact and very fast efficient. Dimitar made adjustments the make the door lock work more efficiently and gave me options to make things more convenient for me. The fee was very reasonable. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
