    Change Deadbolt

    I contacted Demitri on Friday and he set up an apointment for Monday. He arrived right on time and reviewed a couple of issues and then completed the work. The work was excellent at the price quoted and we are very happy with the results.

    Competitive Price and Excellent Service

    Amazing Service! Fitted new locks when we moved into the new house, excellent customer service and was very prompt. Fast, efficient and was able to troubleshoot issues as they arose while installing lockset.

    Door lock broken

    Even though he wouldn't get the business, Dimitar openly told me that it was not worth replacing the existing lock mechanism as it would be too expensive for this 100 year old door. Through photo messaging he even helped me get it to work in the meantime for free. Next time I need a locksmith, I will definitely be using him. Honest and helpful to the extreme. Thanks.

    Replacing locks

    Easy to communicate with via the Homestars messaging function. Arrived on time. Job was completed without complications. Would definitely recommend them and select them again if we required a locksmith.

    Dimitri is the best!

    We recently took possession of a home, where the previous owners never provided us with a set of keys! While some of the locks were digital, we obviously wanted keys to use in case the battery ever died. I called Dimitri and he was very accommodating. We bought new locks but he suggested just rekeying the doors, which saved us hundreds of dollars! Dimitri was excellent to deal with and he also had a fantastic sense of humour. This is my first home, so it was great to deal with a contractor who was so willing to help. I'll be sure to use him again and recommend him to any friends.

    Excellent Service

    I made an appointment and DImitri arrived right on time. He made a couple of suggestions that saved money and time. He re-keyed three doors for me. He is my go to man for any work I will need in the future.

    Rekeying a lock

    I would highly recommend Locksmith Care. Recently I needed to have a lock re-keyed. Dimitar was highly professional, reasonably priced and was able to come to provide service the same day.

    Great Service!

    Police advised us to have our door lock changed after my purse and keys were taken. I called Locksmith Care Inc. and they arrived in under 30 minutes, even sooner than they said they would arrive. They did a wonderful and neat job. Very pleased.

    Locked out of apartment

    Early Saturday, Nov 10th, 2018 I locked myself out of the apartment. Dimitri returned my call when all other locksmiths in Toronto did not. He was prompt, professional, efficient, kind and helpful. Although I hope to not be locked out of my apartment again, I would use Locksmith Care if needed. I will also recommend Dimitri's service to anyone needing a similar service. Thank you, Dimitri!

    Locksmith

    My outdoor lock came right off my door. I called Dimitri and he was there in 20 minutes and replaced the deadbolt with a new, much better one. Excellent service, and very professional! The cost included the new deadbolt. I was very happy with the excellent service!!
