They were great. He came at the time he said he would. He was a nice guy with good workmanship skills (tidy, careful, etc.). He quickly replaced the broken lock with a higher quality one at a price we thought was reasonable. I'd definitely use them again - I have already recommended them to a friend.

Rado was the locksmith I dealt with. He provided excellent service, he was quick and efficient and he answered all of my questions. He was also a very congenial guy.

I had someone from Locksmith Care come out to install two combination locks on my house this morning. The locksmith arrived punctually and completed the work well and in good timing. He even fixed a piece of weatherstripping on one door that had come loose. We're very happy with the service and will recommend Locksmith Care to friends.

The entry door latch was not responding to the handle and I couldn't open the door. Dimitar arrived in a timely fashion and solved the problem efficiently. And, a big deal for me, the price was right.

Would like to thank Dimitar for his great job in replacing an old deadbolt. My door is original (= old!) and doesn't hang quite straight. Dimitar was able to quickly adjust a new deadbolt to make it work. He arrived when he said he would, the work was completed quickly and the price was as quoted. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Contacted Dimitar approximately a month or so ago to complete the installation of new locks for all doors in my new home. He was prompt, on-time, flexible (purchase a faulty lock and he waited while I exchanged it), re-keyed all locks to match one key and even tweaked the door to my garage so that it would close properly. In addition, he showed my wife and I how to program the electronic locks. Amazing job, Amazing service. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Thanks to Dimitar and Rado for an excellent job! Rado called to see if I was available early for the work - when does that ever happen??? Nice to have a contractor arrive early for the job. On arrival, he was very kind to my two dogs, who were excited to meet someone new. One of my doors was new and wasn't yet drilled for a deadbolt. Rado drilled a hole for the new lock, expertly removed my high security lock from another door and replaced both doors with new locks, then suggested re-keying the locks so that the front and side doors open from the same key. Smart! Rado was personable and extremely competent. I highly recommend this company - would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

I was able to schedule the visit through email (My preferred mode of communication). Dimitar installed a Electronic Deadbolt and door knob. Excellent work, the lock works perfectly! Very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company family and friends. Thank you!
