    Quick and efficient service

    Our front door lock suddenly broke on Saturday morning. I found Locksmith Care on Homestars. I left a voicemail and my call was returned within 10 minutes. Dmitri was prompt and professional and said he could come by the next morning at 9:30 am. When I asked if he could come earlier on Saturday he obliged. He came on time, gave us some reasonable options and advice for making our home more secure. He installed it in 15 minutes and we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend!

    Honest, Genuine and Excellent Service!

    Rado showed up to re-key 3 locks as we just moved in. He re-keys all locks and repairs all the doors which were either having issues closing and opening or partially off hinge, and all for NO additional cost. Absolutely amazing service... totally honest and walked me through every aspect and urged me NOT to spend unnecessary dollars. Really refreshing to find such service. Rado's an absolutely asset to your company!!! He deserves a raise if you ask me! Thanks Rado for the awesome and professional experience!

    Prompt, knowledgeable, fast, friendly

    I had 2 broken locks. I sent Dimitri pictures of the problems. He was able to assess the situation from the pictures and bring the replacement parts and fix both of the locks quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for coming so quickly and fixing so efficiently.

    Awesome Service for a Broken Deadbolt

    Our deadbolt broke yesterday evening, and when I emailed this company after hours, they got back to me right away and were able to arrange to come first thing this morning! Rado showed up exactly on time, and clearly knowing exactly what he was doing. He was super helpful and efficient, and even solved the underlying problem that caused the lock to break in the first place. No one enjoys paying for unplanned expenses like this, but it was actually worth the money to have our door and lock operating so smoothly! The whole experience was as good as it could possibly be. Having dealt with a ton of different tradespeople and contractors recently, this combination of responsiveness, efficiency and helpfulness was very refreshing!

    Unlock door with missing key

    One of the bedrooms in my home was accidentally locked and the key was missing. Dimitar returned my call within 15 minutes of leaving a message. He was at my home 45 min later and done in 10 minutes. I inquired about another bedroom door and he fixed the problem at no additional cost. Dimitar was very polite, quick and professional.     Install keypad lock and change lock on front door

    I called Locksmith Care and fortunately for me, they were able to come the same day, a weekday. I asked if they could come Saturday and they offered that it was less expensive during the week - makes sense. I appreciated them pointing this out. Rado arrived and quickly installed a keypad lock on one door and then changed the locks on the other door so we could use one key. He also noticed both doors were a bit difficult to open and adjusted the placement of the existing plate that the lock slides into. Then he demonstrated exactly how to use the keypad - enter & delete codes. He also eemonstrated how to use the key in this keypad lock should I ever need to. Rado took less than an hour to do the job. Very friendly, reasonably priced and great service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Great service

    He was on time and quickly got the job done. He exceeded expectations as he also adjusted the locks so they would operate more smoothly. Very satisfied and I would greatly recommend.

    Replaced Front and Side Door Locks

    I didn't have any leads on a reputable locksmith so I went on Homestars and found Locksmith Care and was not disappointed! Dimitar was great, professional, prompt, and reliable. He went out of his way to suggest installing locks with the same set of keys for both doors which makes sense, but when you're chasing after a toddler it's really easy to overlook the obvious. I'm so thankful he brought this to my attention since it will be much less of a hassle getting keys cut and having to find the right set to get in and out of each door. I wish all the trades we hired for our renovation were as good as this experience. I will definitely refer your services to any friends and family who need it in the future. Best of luck!

    Front Door Handleset

    My new door installation was done incorrectly by someone else and would blow open if not locked - Locksmith Care responded immediately to my email, came on schedule, and was careful to check and double check his repair to ensure full satisfaction. Very pleased! would highly recommend and have added them to my contacts to always use them when I need a locksmith.

    Re-keying and installing locks

    They responded almost immediately to my request for a quote, and were able to schedule me in very quickly. They very kindly accommodated my last minute need for a later start, and did the work quickly and professionally. I will definitely use them again.
