    Prompt, friendly service

    My key broke off in the front door lock, and I called Locksmith Care and they came within 24 hours (it wasn't an emergency) and fixed the problem and cut me a replacement key. He also tightened the hinges on the front door to make it close more smoothly.

    Excellent Service.

    I contacted Locksmith Care in the morning and I found the experience great. He was honest, forthright and dependable. The service of installing two deadbolts was quick and he paid attention to his workmanship and the surrounding work area. High integrity and would highly recommend.

    Change locks, add hinge/child locks

    Excellent, prompt and punctual service. Very knowledgeable professional, changed all locks in our new home, also added security/child locks to 2 doors, all under an hour. Price was very reasonable and included multiple copies of keys and the new hinge locks. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.

    Keyless entry-new installation

    Perfect experience! Great phone consultation to discuss potential options of course with the stipulation that he had to assess my situation on site. Dimitri was pleasant, offered flexible time slots to accommodate my work schedule. He installed the system as promised in a diligent manner and was patient with me while I learned how to use the system efficiently. In and out in under an hour. I have no hesitation in referring this company to my family and friends. I wish you continued success in your business!

    New locks on house

    Locksmith Care was amazing when we moved into our house and wanted all the locks changed. We have several doors and they were able to do the job fast, very well, and we are so pleased! I would definitely hire Locksmith Care again!

    fixed front door lock

    Called with lock issues, had to angle key a certain way before I could lock or unlock door. He came within 30 minutes. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Found 3 issues with the lock and fixed them all. After 1 issue was dealt with I thought he was done, but after all 3 issues dealt with, the lock was clearly that much better! Could have shortchanged me given I clearly did not have knowledge about the situation, but was excellent, courteous, and responsive.

    Replace broken lock on front door and remove another older lock s

    Could not open front door. Two locks had jammed. Since I could enter the house from the back door, it was not an emergency so I scheduled the appointment for the next morning. Rado very quickly removed the jammed locks and installed a new deadbolt lock. I needed extra keys which he made. He made adjustments to the door, so the lock action is flawless. He explained everything that he did. Price for the repairs and purchase of the lock was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

    Replace and Rekey 3 Locks for New Home

    Dimitar arrived promptly to rekey and replace 3 locks for a newly purchased home. Schlage locks were installed in a short period of time and with quality. Highly recommended locksmith and will use again for future work.

    Great and impressive service

    I called Locksmith Care late tonight to urgently change my locks due to recently having to terminate a relationship with a prior contractor (he had our keys on several occasions and damaged our property several times). Although I was hoping someone would pick up my call, I wasn't sure if anyone would as I had called at around 7:30 p.m. Dimitar picked up and advised that he would be at my home in half an hour. Dimitar arrived quickly and changed our locks. We feel much safer now. Dimitar was very friendly and the service was excellent. I will certainly check Homestars for reviews of contractors before hiring anyone in the future. Thank you, Dimitar!

    Fast and easy. No headaches.

    I've had a number of lock-related issues accumulate over the years. When my front door lock jammed I thought "Okay--I have to bite the bullet and get a locksmith." I was impressed with the good reviews for Locksmith Care. I telephoned and Dimitar came over within the hour. He did a quick and clear assessment of what needed to be done. He was also very knowledgeable about security. I was also very impressed with the way Dimitar would encourage me to do a few easy fixes of my own with a quick trip to Home Depot. So many contractors will oversell you in terms of your needs. Not Locksmith Care. The price was reasonable and the work was first rate. I would definitely recommend Locksmith Care.
