Service was prompt and job well done in reasonable cost. The technician showed up 1/2 hour after we placed the call. He explained in details what needs to be done and fixed it in no time. Save us money on getting a new lock! I'd recommend it to anyone who needs this service! Thumbs up for RADO our repair guy!

I had a hard time finding someone I felt comfortable with that could re-key 6 Euro profile cylinders on the doors of the house I just bought, and then match them to the regular Front and Garage entrance doors. The lock on our front door broke and I wasn't able to get in the house. Dimitar arrived within 20 minutes, and was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced our lock in about 20 minutes and it works great. Would recommend Locksmith Care to anyone in a similar situation!

This morning our lock was stuck and we were locked in the house - We called Locksmith Care and we were told that someone would be there in 40 minutes - not even 20 minutes later Dimitar showed up to fix the lock. He knew right away what was wrong with it and fixed it quickly - and in a very efficient manner. We would recommend him to friends and family as his service was excellent.

It was a highly professional service in all relationship on July 20, 2017 by Locksmith Care. It was Rado who did the job. My husband tried to replace our deadbolt himself, but none of the three locks he purchased one by one at Canadian Tire and Home Depot could fit our door. Their designs weren't compatible. We sent a message very late (after 11 pm) about a problem with our deadbolt. We received a feedback by 6 am today. Rado suggested to come at a convenient time for us. He arrived exactly at the time he indicated in his message, examined the case, and had to drill the door as far it had a metal plate on the top of the door that covered the lock. He worked very quickly and neatly. We are 100% satisfied and could recommend Rado immediately.

Locking my door on my way out to work this morning, my house key snapped off inside the lock. Sadly this occurred AFTER the door had been locked, so I was locked out of my house with no spare key and no way to get the key fragment out of the lock. My first instinct was to kick the door in...but I am glad I looked here first and called Locksmith Care instead! They answered the phone promptly and told me up front that it would take them until 1 pm to arrive at my house. Since it was not an emergency, this was fine with me and I went off to work. The company called me back about 2 hours later and revised the ETA to noon. I arrived home at 11:55 fully expecting, based on prior experiences with installers, contractors and service technicians, that the stated ETA would be more "estimate" than exact. I fully expected to be waiting an hour or more, and had made arrangements to be away from work for the better part of the afternoon just in case. But no - the technician arrived almost exactly at noon, as promised. The job was no trouble for him and he had pulled the key fragment out of the lock, and had me inside my house with 2 new keys cut within about 10 minutes. And I was back at work after only an hour of absence. This was well beyond my expectations. The tech even gave me a discount because the job was easier than he anticipated! I will definitely use Locksmith Care for any lock smithing needs I have in the future. Really excellent service.

Super-professional, genuine, very responsive by email, same-day service. Price included service call, rekeying, and making six keys. He also went above and beyond to make sure my lock moved smoothly (it was sticking). Would hire Locksmith Care again in a heartbeat.
