I contacted Locksmith Care because an old front door lock wasn't functioning. I arranged to meet Dimitar at the house, however was caught in heavy late afternoon traffic on the Don Valley. Dimitar was waiting for me when I arrived. He quickly replaced the lock and was on his way after cutting some extra keys for the new lock. The service was excellent, quick and efficient. Thank you Dimitar!

I found Dimitar through the HomeStars website and decided to call him after reading through the positive reviews. Dimitar quickly provided me a fair quote and even went out of his way to schedule a late appointment in the day after his regular hours. He arrived early to my house and waited patiently for me to arrive after work. I found Dimitar to be friendly, courteous and professional while interacting with him. He also helped us to refasten one of the front door knobs and checked the fitments of all our doors. I would highly recommend Dimitar and will be contacting him again for any future lock work.

Dmitar called back within minutes. ! He asked a few questions and said he could be here within 1-1.5 hours. . My second lock was only about 3 years old and had always been a little loose from our door. Today I found myself locked in and was unable to open it. My son wasn't even done with his nap when I received help. A brand new lock of much better quality was installed. It is very sturdy and the entire process cost me much less than the first time around. I hope I never have any more problems with locks but if I do I'll know who to call. Thank you!

Dimitar clearly knows locks. He had the safe open in minutes with no damage. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He cleaned our front door lock and advised how to set the latch properly to avoid the keys 'sticking' - this is an Art Studio and several members have keys.
