The spring on our back door lock broke so we could not open the door at all even after we took the door handle apart. Not obviously a job for a locksmith but I couldn't figure out who else could get the mechanism unstuck from our door without soldering. Dimitar responded quickly to my email and fixed the issue with care. Fabulous service.

Dimitar at was extremely reliable, professional, personable, on time and the lock works perfectly. He picked up when I called. He was here the same day, at the time we agreed on. He was efficient and did a perfect job.

I needed to have two locks fixed. I phoned Dimitar. He listened to my problem, set a time for the same day, gave me an approximate price. He arrived on time, fixed my doors very quickly as he was explaining the problem (so that I can fix it myself again). Price was as quoted. Excellent. I recommend his services highly.

I phoned Dimitar in the morning and by 1pm my locks were keyed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the extra care to find keys that I liked (I know, who "likes" keys?! but I had a nice heavy large key originally and he found me one similar). He even made sure my cats did not get outside while he was doing the work. He is a third generation locksmith and knows his work.

And so i thought maybe he was just longing for more business. and when I first met him, he literally took charge of how my home security should be. I mean, the first impression, I was like, whoa, this guy just simply tells me what to do but you know what? I have NO REGRETS for letting him do that, in fact I was wrong about his first impression (it very quickly turn very friendly and personable). please dont be intimidated by his way of delivering his message, because he clearly have a lot of passion and knowledge in what his doing. coming back to his work, of course budget was my key thing and as much as he wanted to help but i trust his hands are tight as well. but he tried anyways. he go through my entire home and provide his professional opinion which make total sense. yes was a painful initial investment but I will definitely recommend him to anyone that require locksmith service.

I had been quoted $1,000 to replace three aging high security locks in our home, which seemed excessive. Decided to call Dimitar based on his reviews and not only was his quote much more reasonable, I was really impressed by his prompt service, honest advice, and courteousness. (He was careful to plan his work to keep noise to a minimum while our baby napped.) He certainly deserves all the great reviews. Don't hesitate to hire him!

Dimitar came within 24 hours to replace front door and back door locks - noticed that the very old front door was a bit warped, putting pressure on the bolt - so he made a few tweaks, and now it opens and closes flawlessly! Friendly, courteous, and very professional - I definitely recommend to anyone who needs locksmith services!
