Reply created 5 Mar 2015Thank you for your review Joanna. As I said the only way to fix that problem is to re-frame the door. Unfortunate the wood is too old and there is no support between the door frame and the wall.
Reply created 5 Mar 2015Thank you Connie. As I mention before WD40 is not a good idea to be used on front door during the winter because it freezes and it makes more harm then help. In your case the pins were worn and you had to rekey the cylinder to solve the problem
