Reply created 5 Mar 2015Thank you Tom. In your case there were two options to replace the deadbolt only or replace the deadbolt and the grip set. Replacing the deadbolt only was more cost efficient way to go.

Reply created 5 Mar 2015Thank you so much for your review. Sometimes if I finish my previous appointment sooner than I was expecting or somebody cancel an appointment I would call my next customer to check with them is it OK to change the time. Glad that worked for you
