The locksmith was very polite both on the phone and in person. Arrived at the promised time and completed work quickly and efficiently. Fair price and good work. I would use this company again.

Fantastic service. I was having issues with the locks on my front and side doors. The guy showed up at my door an hour after I called and the whole job was finished a half hour later! The locks work perfectly now. No fuss. No second calls. True professional.Answer from pro:

Just moved back in after a major Reno. Many tradesman had access. Had to rekey the exterior doors. Found Dimitri through HomeStars. Had excellent rating. Called him immediately. He was willing to be on site next morning, Arrived early, extremely professional. Finished promptly. Cost was very reasonable. Recommend highly.Answer from pro:

I had some issue with my front door lock, I found Locksmith Care through Homestars, and called, not expecting someone to show up the same day or within the hour! The gentleman who helped me was very professional, skilled, efficient and kind. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes! Thank you so much!Answer from pro:

I can only speak positively about my experience with Locksmith Care and Dimitri. He was very accommodating to my schedule, and even when I was held up slightly, he was patient. We needed to have the lock on the front door of one of my rental properties for our new tenants. I discovered Locksmith Care on this site from having done a Google search on different service providers. I contacted Locksmith Care because of all the positive reviews this company has received. When I called, I was able to speak with someone right away. The gentleman I spoke with (Dimitry) was courteous and informative, and was able to arrange a time to do the work within 36 hours. Dimitry was very flexible with the scheduling and extremely accommodating. He arrived right on time, and the work was done very quickly. Dimitry was patient and went above and beyond what he needed to do. I would definitely call on him in the future for any lock/door related jobs, and would recommend him to family/friends in need of such services.Answer from pro:

We bought a house and needed to get all the locks changed on short notice. I called Locksmith Care, and Dimitar picked up right away. He was able to give me a general quote and schedule me in for that afternoon. Not only was he on time, he showed up early. The locks we had were quite old and we had a few surprises (double cylinders, missing key for one etc.). Dimitar just rolled with all the unexpected, explaining to me the implications, and was very fast and efficient in swapping out all our locks. A few of the locks were sticky and he made sure to take the time to patiently adjust them until they all worked smoothly to his satisfaction. He didn't do anything without checking with me first and making sure he understood what I wanted and I understood the decisions I was making. He was fantastic to deal with. I couldn't recommend him enough. We'll definitely be calling him again when we likely swap out our old locks for new ones when we're ready to later next year.Answer from pro:
