    New locks

    Without hesitation I highly recommend Locksmith Care. Dimitri came to our our home on the same day as my call to provide a free in-home estimate. Within 48 hours, he had completed all the work we needed; a true professional and a very nice man. He guided us wisely, and most importantly, made sure that we didn't spend money unnecessarily. Compared to other estimates we saved money and with his expert guidance feel confident we made the right choices for all the locks we had installed.

    Re-keying

    Absolutely great experience! My initial e-mail was returned promptly, appointment made for the very next day. He showed up on time, did work efficiently and skilfully. I would use them again and recommend to others.

    Re-Keying

    Gave me a competitive price over the phone and stuck to it! Came on time as scheduled, very polite and helpful. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others

    Deadbolt Latch

    My front door deadbolt latch broke and I could not open the door. I removed the thumbturn from the inside and saw a loose piece of metal broken from the latch. I could not retract the deadbolt. So I called Dimitri and sent him pictures of the broken deadbolt. He arrived in less than an hour, extracted the broken deadbolt and replaced it with a new one in 30 minutes. The repair was quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

    Lock installation and repair

    My call was returned quickly and, even though my need wasn't urgent, the locksmith turned up the same day. He was very pleasant, very professional and the work and the price were exactly what was discussed. I wouldn't hesitate to call Locksmith Care again and I would certainly recommend this company to friends.

    re-keying locks, installing dead bolt

    Locksmith Care was extremely fast, coming hours after I called! He diagnosed the problem on the phone (a competitor was going to send someone out to diagnose... thus delaying by days the work). He was courteous, thorough, kind and professional. And he even threw in a few extras (keys, etc) which was so appreciated. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.

    Locksmith

    It was necessary to change my locks in order to prevent access to a person who had removed my key from my home. I called and was told he would arrive in approximately 20 minutes. He did. He changed the locks - the one door was very challenging due to warping, provided 4 keys and proved to me quality products and good service still exist. How GREAT is THAT!

    Locksmith

    My sliding door latch was broken and I couldn't open the door. I called Locksmithcare at 5 pm yesterday. Dimitar answered the phone promptly, and said he would arrive at 8 am the following morning. He was prompt, polite and finished the job within 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable. He noticed my outside screen door was broken and he kindly took a few minutes to fix it without charging me. He was very nice and I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

    lock

    I was locked out of my bedroom...Dimitri responded immediately to my call and was at my house quickly on a Saturday afternoon while i was entertaining guests. He was friendly and quick in getting me access to my room. I was quoted by other companies at an 'overtime' rate because it was a Saturday. Locksmith care did a great job in every way: quick arrival, unobtrusive presence when guests were here, gained access without up-selling additional hardware or services and stuck to the quoted price which was bay far the best quote.
