    Change lock on front door

    I needed to change the lock on my front door for a different type. I bought the lock at Home Depot, and as it turned out, the lock was defective. Dmitri waited patiently at NO additional charge as I went back to Home Depot and exchanged the lock.. The final price was exactly as he originally quoted over the phone. He was very professional, I would recommend him and this company to anyone.

    Locksmith service

    I called Locksmith care as I needed locks rekeyed and deadbolts installed. I am very happy with the service I received.Very professional. Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

    Locked out of apartment

    Fantastic Service! Had been turned away by many locksmiths as it was a holiday. He told me 20min. and he was here in 20min.. Got me back into my apartment fast.

    patio door lock repair

    Lock failed on back patio door. I called Locksmith Care after lunch. Dmitri arrived in less than an hour. Repaired the lock with no extra parts required. Quick, clean, efficient!

    Replace and install locks

    Locksmith arrived at the scheduled time. Reviewed the situation and made intelligent recommendations based on our needs. He replaced 3 locks, strengthened a damaged door plate, and installed 2 super-strength deadbolts. Two hours of work and all parts supplied and installed worked perfectly. An excellent supplier who delivered as promised. We strongly recommend this locksmith Dmitry.

    Rekeyed locks

    I agree with all the reviews. Dimitar arrived on time and rekeyed my 2 locks within 30 minutes. He is polite and professional. I took photos of the locks in advance and emailed them to him. He then called me back to confirm our appointment and clarified details so he would be prepared. I wish all the details you look after in a move were this easy:)

    Locksmith

    FANTASTIC! He arrived fast at 3am. Got me back into my apartment in less then 10 minutes. The guy stuck to his quote and was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!!

    broken key stuck

    We had an issue with our key snapping due to a faulty lock, Dimitri showed up on time, very nice, and professional guy! We were worried there may be issues due to horror stories with the locks in our building, however when he arrived it took him under 20 minutes to resolve the issue and make the poor lock usuable! Thanks a million! Paul

    Picking a lock

    Dmitri was punctual and polite. He worked quickly and got my twist button door to open and created a set of new keys. With previous locksmiths, they changed their estimates, but Dmitri stayed true to his original quote, which I very much appreciated. I will call Dmitri if I need a locksmith again.

    Rekeying Lockst

    The positive reviews for Dimitri are on target. He showed up precisely when he said he would. He rekeyed three locks within the 30 minute Service Call time frame, and also took the extra time / care just to reset one of our locks which had been incorrectly installed (by someone else). Highly recommended.
