We hired Fieldmasters because we were tired of the constant battle of maintaining our yard with a dog, and we could not be more impressed with how this project turned out. Josh came to quote the project within a few days and was very easy to deal with throughout the process. They were on time with the install and were very efficient and professional. Their workmanship and attention to detail is top-notch, for example, we have a concrete pad installed for a shed. They re-graded the entire backyard so that the ground was flush with the concrete pad while allowing for the proper drainage. They even wrapped the fence edges of the concrete pad with turf so there is continuity and flow throughout. Some may be put off by how expensive it is to (properly and professionally) install artificial turf, but for those on the fence, I would highly recommend it. This was not some cheap DIY install that I will be ripping out in a few years. This will last for a long, long time and will save me time and money over the long run. Most importantly this has increased our living space and has made our backyard much more inviting and useable.

Our backyard has alot of shade so grass didn't grow well. After looking at other options, we decided artificial turf was our best option. Josh did a good job of explaining the process and answered all our questions. Chub and his team did a great job installing the turf. The crew were all very personable and worked hard to get the job done right. It looks great and we are so pleased to be able to enjoy our backyard again.

Fieldmasters installed artificial grass in a large area of our backyard, where an old putting green had worn out. The installation took two days, and looks great. It was a difficult installation but their crew - specifically Chubbs and Luke - were committed and diligent in getting it right. They went the extra distance to make sure I was happy with the end result. Seems like an increasingly rare quality these days!

Josh was very easy to deal with and clearly had the intention of ensuring I was happy and he could be proud of the job. The product is excellent. His staff are committing, easy to talk to and not afraid to adjust or accommodate with no extra fees. Everything was as advertised. I wish more trades were like these guys.

Josh and Fieldmasters did a great job on installing our artificial turf. He responded to our quote request right away, came by our house and did a great job with telling us about his products, and did not try to hard sell us. After we signed the contract, Josh arranged his team to come pretty quickly and his team did a fantastic job on installing. Our yard is amazing now and we will really enjoy it this summer and beyond! Thanks to Josh and the entire Fieldmasters team for a great experience!

What an amazing team with Fieldmasters. The jnstallation team (Devante, Michael, Josh and Jayden) were an absolute dream. They were courteous, on time and the end product looks absolotely fantatic. no more mowing. picking weeds or watering. Worth every penny

I have never written a negative review before. However, I feel compelled to write this because getting artificial turf is a big investment and I wish others would have guided me away from this company. They changed the price of some materials midway through the project, were careless and unprofessional (high while working, covered trash/kids toys with the turf instead of moving it aside, broke things without mentioning it to me, didetc.). When I mentioned that the crew missed stapling the turf down in some areas, the person I dealt with gave me a stack of staples to fix it with. The person I dealt with was very attentive up to the point that he got my $. (It was my error to pay before the job was 100% complete!). Once paid, he did not complete the job. When I called, the person I dealt with blamed his staff and made more promises he did not keep. I wanted a receipt in case of warranty issues and he made a huge deal about it. 7 months later and the job remains unfinished, trash and landscaping materials are left on my property, and I still don’t have a receipt. I’m very disappointed in the way we’ve been treated and would not recommend this company to anyone, even if their product is good.

It was a really pleasant experience. The installation crew were really professional, efficient and friendly. The attention to detail was amazing. They didn't make a mess while working. They ask you for quick feedback to make sure you understand each stage. Sale process was insightful. They take the time to educate you. Customer service is quick and responsive.

These guys are quick to come when they want job after they get paid dint expect them to honor warranty. Plus they over charge, customer service is pokr. Quality of job is below average, not durable
