    fixed washing machine

    They were fast friendly great service....was fixed in 2 days only cause had to order part

    wahing machine repair

    The washing machine wasn't draining during the spin cycle. I asked the technician Edgar to open the machine to see the problem. I knew it would cost to have him do that but chose to take the chance. As a result he discovered that there were two things that needed replacing and the cost would have been over $1,000 to repair the machine. While that was disappointing news I was happy with the advice Edgar gave regarding buying a replacement. I was able to find a top of the line used Frigidaire washer and dryer on Kijiji for $475. Edgar was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I requested that he not fix our machine, I appreciated him diagnosing the problem and advising me for the replacement.

    Viking Refrigerator Repair

    Efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. The service technician was diligent is explaining what the issue was and how to prevent a repeat occurrence.

    Dishwasger

    It wouldn't drain all the water so Carlos cleaned the inside water & filter as well as clearing all hoses. He checked the motor to make sure nothing was in it as well. He did an excellent job & cleaned up perfectly!

    Dishwasher Repair

    Dishwasher in tenant's unit not working. David from the company said it was a 'water inlet valve issue'. Took him 15 mins and he charged $270. The tenant confirmed David did not stay to ensure the full cycle of dishwasher ran properly. They heard the dishwasher filling up and he left after that. Over the weekend, the tenant said the dishwasher was still not working. I called the company but David missed the appointment. On the rescheduled visit, he said it was a bigger issue costing $650 to fix. He also talked of charging for the call-out. I wanted a refund (but was refused) as I felt he did not properly investigate in the first place. Will never call this company again.

    washer and dryer check -

    operation issues - determine if past useful life. The technician/repair person was very helpful in advice - repair not worth it and repair person was very frank about it. Met the purpose of our invitation to help fully.

    Soap dispenser in dishwasher needed replacement

    Soap dispenser was not in stock and had to be ordered. Was NOT pleased that it took about a month to get it (in fairness, service person did say it might take several weeks) but had no choice. Service person - "IDO" - was excellent to work with and if I need more repairs in the future I would definitely request him.

    Installation of glass counter-top on the range.

    The repair was done in a minimum amount of time. The technician phoned ahead and started promptly upon arrival. We are very pleased with the outcome and everything is working perfectly
