Water pump replacement. Machine was making a very loud noise during rinse cycle. Replaced the old part. Machine worked properly after that

Water was leaking inside of the fridge every time we used the water dispenser in the door.

Personnel was punctual, respectful and extremely knowledgeble. Knew the possible problem, informed me the cost involved, ordered the part fast. Resolved both issues efficiently and properly. I was very pleased

Ito did an amazing and efficient job fixing our dryer. He was forthcoming with repair related information. He was very clear about how he would proceed and have me options before doing so. He was professional and knowledgeable about the task at hand. I was very impressed with Appliance Repair Service and Ito and would gladly reccomend others to use this service.

So nice to get good service for a change! The technician was so nice, took the time to explain everything to me, and solved the issue with my fridge quickly. The job was well done and well priced. I would highly recommend their services

I went with them as they had a promotion that their service call fee would be waved if you choose them to repair you appliance. The guy in the phone did not let me explain my problem and just kept pushing for setting up an appointment, which happened 3 days later...when the person came, he was not ready to fix my stove on the spot, so he said he had to come back two days later and charge for their time (twice) and parts. Service call fee would be waved, but the overall repair price would be about 300 dollars. 140 just for labour, and around 100 for the switch. This seemed excessive as it was only a limit switch, hence I called a local guy who would be able to fix the stove the same day. He gave me an opportunity to explain my problem, so he came prepared. It took him only 10 min and charged only 105 for everything!!! I guess ARS has to charge this much to cover their overhead... Do yourself a favour and go with someone else.

Fixed our leaking dishwasher by replacing part. Technician was on time and very polite and helpful. Great work.

Technician reported that needed 2 new compressors at cost of $2000 due to overheating. we declined and got another company to double check. Problem was dust clogged condenser filter which was in the cavity the ARS guy checked- he did not know enough to check it. It was a simple task and the guy was certainly not trained to do any basic work although they knew ahead what make the fridge was Got run around from company manager Raj who would not return phone calls. We have to go to Ontario Consumer protection process now to get our money back.

My washer/dryer combo machine started making a lot of noise and even though the machine was not salvageable, I was very pleased with how courteous and professional the Appliance Repair Service team was. I highly recommend them.
