We had a wonderful repairman (Carlos) come to our home to diagnose the problem with our washing machine. He explained what needed to be done and the parts that needed to be ordered and a few days later he returned to fix it. Carlos was pleasant on arrival, quick in diagnosing and repairing. I would definitely call ARS if or when another appliance is in need of repair. Carol

Replaced baking ignitor of a kitchinnaid freestanding gas range. Problem was first diagnosed, part was ordered, and then defective part replaced.

I would not recommend this Company. The Serviceman came out to repair a small plastic clip that had broke. He wanted to charge me $270 for the repair. He wanted $170 for the plastic piece that I was able to buy elsewhere for only $53 and wanted to charge me $100 for 1 hour of labour. I was told that the labour charge included the service man waiting at my house for half an hour after the job was done to make sure it worked. It only took me 5 minutes to install the piece. I ended up having to pay $80 for a service call for nothing.

Try to get you with a low $80 diagnostic cost but once they determine the problem they charge ridiculous labour costs . The technician rushed and did not fully test the unit, he made his determination based on "knowledge" . Did not trust them from the beginning.

Work was well done and the serviceman polite and appeared knowledgeable. The issue repeated itself through no fault of the repair, but they returned the next day and redid the repair without charge. The online booking system was exceptional and the response was almost immediate.

I am thankful that I found appliance repair service on the web. They were able to provide same day service to repair my fridge, aswell as next day delivery to install the part.

I had my dishwasher break down on my during a family gathering! i called in spoke to Ally, Ally told me everything will be okay,she was right ! The technician was Ido he was very polite and knowledgeable and the dishwasher is better than new! I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair work

Terrible terrible service I ever had!!! Their technician has poor knowledge and the lady who answers phone calls doesn't know how to apologize to upset customer. I just find out that their warranty is not even 2 month!

Our dishwasher crashed at a very inopportune time. My husband lost his job a few months ago and we also have 2 kids here looking for work. We were hoping it was an easy fix but were prepared to wash dishes by hand for awhile. The repairman who showed up was amazing. I was skeptical before he arrived because of bad experiences in the past with other contractors. He was respectful, honest, and explained to us very clearly what was wrong as he went through diagnostics. He was clear and empathetic as he explained to us our options. I can honesly say he renewed my faith in people and, more specifically, in service technicians. I'll be keeping Appliances Repair Services contact info close at hand. They will be the first call I make and the only ones I recommend to friends/family.
