    fridge repair

    Carlos is very pleasant...very particular..amazing job done very glad we chose ars...we will always requrst carlos and pass on to other ppl as well...

    Repair dryer, no heat

    Replaced element and thermostat , arrived early, very courteous, great workmanship , offered alternatives with his recommendation , would call him back for any appliance repairs, 2 hours to fix, costed ahead and finished right on the 3 hour mark

    Dryer repair

    Dryer was squealing, called ARS to have someone stop by to look at it. Carlos called me twice to keep me informed on his estimated time of arrival which I really appreciated. Carlos did a great job, explained what he was fixing and why. A job well done!

    front loading washing machine not draining

    Our front loading washine machine stopped draining, he said it could be a simple clog or it could need a new part, we discussed the options and prices and he went to work...turned out no new parts were needed as it was just a clog...he was very nice and respectful of my house (i.e took his shoes off)

    Decor range

    When I called for service they sent Ido as the repair tech. He took his time to explain the problem and to make sure he checked all possible problems and solutions. When he returned to install and service the oven he took the proper time to complete the job without rushing.

    fridge repair

    Igal was very friendly and helpful in deciding to repair or buy a new appliance. He displayed a high level of knowledge in what he was doing. Very pleased with his work.

    kenmore oven heat element repair.

    Igal is my hero!!!! I am having a bunch of ladies over to make granola bars tomorrow and my oven broke! He found the part and repaired my oven same day. He was so patient as he waited to hear back from people about the part. He was also patient with all the child care children in my home for March Break. Thank you, Igal! Also, Allie (sp?) who took my initial call was so lovely.

    Dishwasher repair

    Called them in to repair my 3 year old Bosch dishwasher. It would not drain. Their preliminary diagnosis was that the drain pump had failed. They had to order the part, 5 days and $600 later they replaced the part, then realized that the float box was plugged and also required replacement another 3 day wait. Then after 3 loads we smelled burning ,the unit was dead. Called them back, this time they said the display board was shorted out , waited another 5 days and when the technician replaced it ,the washer still wouldn't work. They could not complete the work. At this point I called Bosch direct and they sent over a factory technician who discovered that the electrical box behind the unit had burned out and shorted out the main control board. This fortunately is under warranty . I will still have to have an electrician install a new box. The Bosch technician did indicate that it was very unlikely that the drain pump required replacement. The reason for non draining is usually a clogged drain line. I would recommend that this company send their technicians on more training.
