The gentleman was courteous and professional, Informative, and efficient. He took apart our fridge and took the time to ensure that the problem was addressed. Our dryer stopped getting hot when running. The repairman assessed it to be the filament and a thermostat. He replaced the parts and cleaned out the dryer and explained everything he did. He also showed me how to make it run better. He worked very quickly and cleaned up everything afterwards. He was very professional!Answer from pro:

Service call to see why the dryer was making a loud noise. Carlos pulled the machine apart, cleaned it out, greased moving parts. Works great now.Answer from pro:

I am very satisfied with the work done and the diagnosis. Everything was checked and looked at before determining what the problem was. However, the first appointment was for between 11-1pm. The repairman finally showed up at 1:05pm. I was just about to leave for an appointment I had for 1:30 which I had to cancel and pay for.Answer from pro:
