    dishwasher repair

    Bosch dishwasher was filling with water when not running. They replaced a valve and /or solenoid that turns the feed water off. Fixed. One month warranty on the part.

    Maytag fridge

    The company sent out a technician the day after I called and was very professional. The part took a while to arrive, but the job was well done. I was surprised to learne the company gives a $25 coupon off the labour to seniors, which I did not even know about. All in all I will definitely use them again.

    Mississauga Bloomberg Dishwasher Repair

    I had called on Feb.12.2016 in the morning and had requested a service for my bloomberg dishwasher because it was not draining. I was surprised when Ally told me that she could send somebody that same day! So we booked a time and the technician (Etgar) arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He described to me that the inlet valve had to be replaced, and he had given me a reasonable quote. Although it took a couple of days for the part to come in, they had called me to book an installation and again ETGAR had come and made sure everything was working before he left. Very professional service. I would recommend this service to anyone!

    Repair and replace washing machine door locking mechanism

    I felt that the service was very professional and although they could not replace the parts on the spot, they were able to explain to me the issue and return the part a day later with installation. The repair technician was very polite and knowledgable and I would highly recommend them for any washing machine repairs.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Ali came out to our office the same day I made the call. He was a super nice guy & very professional. Although he wasn't able to fix our dishwasher on the spot, he explained everything to me. If we need to in the future, we will definitely use this company again.

    Dryer Repair

    Do yourself a favour and don't even consider this company. (if you don't believe me read the other reviews here and on Yelp...wish I had) Techs came in to repair old bearings on dryer. After they left we tried to use dryer...drying sensor did not work at all. Called them back immediately. They told us the best they could do would be next week sometime. Tech finally did return and admitted he made a mistake. Fixed it and left. Tried dryer again (I know we should have made him try it), this time the heat did not work. Called them back...you guessed it, "is sometime next week ok?". We asked about their 24/7 service, they explained they only answer the phone 24/7. Incompetent, frustrating and poor service.

Usually we are able to come the same day but this time of the year we are very busy. We will try to solve this issue for you as soon as possible and again sorry for the inconvenience. As to now we have served this costumer twice on our cost including replacing parts in total of 400$ with no extra cost. his dryer is working fine and the costumer is happy with our service according to him. but from some reason this bad complain is still live although we have resolved the problem with costumer. this costumer contact homestar to remove this review but nothing has done from homestar side

    Washing Machine Not Draining - Tip Top Appliances Repair Service

    10 out of 10. Vladimir is fast and efficient at what he does. I gave him the information over the phone and he was accurate and very up front with the repair complications that could be encountered. He arrived when he said he would and got the job done quickly and diligently. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing a major appliance repair. I would like to add Tip Top Appliance Repair answered my call at 2:00am and Vladimir was at our home by 9:45am that same morning fixing our washer!! Thank you Vladimir.

    Oven repair

    I was told it would be $50 to have a person come out and look at my wall oven, however it cost a lot more (apparently the $50 was just to come to the door, not for the labour). The $180 would have been deducted from the repair, but the repair was never made because my old stove didn't have a model number on it and therefore parts could not be ordered. I didn't mind spending $50 to find out it couldn't be repaired, but I did mind paying $180, which I could have used towards a new oven. The repair guy was on time and was at my home for over an hour, but a good portion of that time was spent sitting in front of the oven looking at the inside with a flashlight, when the issue was in the control panel. He was supposed to get back to me within a week with the cost of the parts (if he could find the model number), but I never heard back and had to call the company myself to find out if my oven was going to be repaired.

    Repairs to refrigerator

    We had a very bad experience with another appliance repair company and paid out over $300 without getting any repair completed. I called Appliances Repair Service on the phone (rather than going through the website) and discussed the situation (ice machine not working and freezer not freezing). They came around that day, waived the inspection charge and gave me a very reasonable quote for the repair. The job was more complex than anyone expected and more parts were legitimately required (even I could see that) so the technician returned the next day. I got a very reasonable price on the additional parts (I checked on the internet to see retail price) and we agreed in advance on an additional payment. The work was completed to my full satisfaction and I am very happy with the overall cost. The guys that came out were knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonable when it came to discussing costs. It was a completely different experience from the other company (where I had felt ripped off). I would recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

    washer repair

    The worst Repair service I have encountered ever!! The repair man not professional at all,and trick on the price! No parts broken and need to change, but got a amazing labor charge bill $300 which can buy a new washer!! Do not trust them! I really regret not buy a new one instead of repair! First of all, thanks for your response! Secondly, thank you for pointing out my mistake which is $250 of cash, but neither $300 or $217.5.

    Sorry to hear that . However you only paid 217.5$ ... ( you should check your invoice ) and the technitian gave you the option for the repair before he started and you agreed and I honestly believe that 217$ is fair price for more then 3 hour of labor. Your machine is working after we fixed so I really don't understand why you gave Us such a bad review...
