    Samsung Refrigerator

    Repair person was Rahul - very professional and helpful; helpful suggestions with regards to refrigerator operation. Resolved the issues and was easy to talk to.

    Samsung fridge repair

    Samsung washer repair

    Rahul was very friendly and efficient. He identified the issue and the washer works fine after he was finished with repairs.

    Samsung washer

    Sam is a very nice guy and informative. He came on time and finished the job at first visit. I will highly recommend him and ars.

    Dishwasher repair

    Rahul came to fix our dishwasher and he did excellent job. Really happy and satisfied with his work. He is very professional and explained all the things clearly.

    Washer repair

    Repaired washer under warranty and Sam fixed it up nicely even though the type of repair was not in the scope of the warranty. Outstanding clean up job done as well.

    Service: washing machine repair

    Serviceman was prompt and efficient at diagnosing the problem. He took steps to educate me on what the problem was, what the challenges to the repair were and what the repair would look like.

    Washer issue

    Sam was very excellent. he did his work very thoroughly, explained the issue well. Our washer wasn’t easily accessible, but he didn’t complain at all and did his job. I would recommend ARS to my friend who’s in need.
